The front desk staff was wonderful. I did not get the young mans name that was at the desk that spoke great English. He had short dark hair. There was an issue with our bathroom light fixture and he had it fixed by the time that we returned from dinner. I love the IBIS hotel chain. The rooms are always clean and have an interesting feature. I wish that we had booked this hotel for the 2 nights that we were in Pau for the Tour De France. The breakfast was included and was just the perfect touch. I loved the workout signs that were around the property. I 100% would recommend staying here. There is free parking and the rooms are quite. Due to the location of the hotel there is also no street noise that we heard.

Do not judge a book by its cover. The outside of the hotel made me question my choice but WOW was I wrong as soon as I stepped foot in the hotel.

Great hotel, convenient for the trip fro the UK to Spain via Pau. Very easy to locate, great parking, friendly staff and very clean. Good, free wifi. Lovely continental breakfast. Quiet location and not disturbances during the stay.

For the price point, it was perfect. I can't really see any need for improvement.

Easy to navigate to from the motorway. As I was a late arrival, the check in was all automated and very easy. All very clean too.

The food/drink machines only took cash. No options for card payments.

The hotel was ideal for me as in a quiet location and there was parking for my motorbike. As I was travelling and only staying for 1 night it was perfect. I took the option to have breakfast and it was very good.

Dog friendly and great room, comfortable bed. Special thanks to the guy on reception who helped with location of restaurants - 5 minutes drive though but he drew a little map for me 👍

Nothing really for an Ibis budget hotel. Would be better if bars & restaurants are walking distance but then I know I'd be paying more

We had trouble getting into Hôtel as no staff. Having the 2 rooms together both with balconies made a Hugh difference to us.

Easy to find, very clean and comfortable with everything you’d expect to find for the price. The breakfast was excellent and the manager, who also dealt with the breakfast was charming, friendly and cheerful exactly what you’d hope for on your holiday especially if you’d been travelling for hours.

Maybe the bottom sheet could be larger or fitted.
