Breakfast is good, choice is quite big, but still there are more Chinese food than European (wanna have some olives, more cheese etc) Location is also good, not far from the bund and other interesting places I really like this coffee compliment on the 1st floor, where you can drink free coffee while waiting for something in lobby area, very nice!

Toilet/shower area, I’m sorry but it’s crazy that it doesn’t have even wall between room and the shower area. It’s okay if you travel with the one who you’re really close with, but if you travel with friends or you stay in the same room with your parents, it’s extremely confusing :( Not enough place for clothes saving, there is only 1 wardrobe, where you can put your jackets, but there is no any place to put your clothes like underwear or T-shirts, so my clothes were all over the room, on the sofa, in the luggage because there is no place for it

Open concept toilet set up is not conducive for room sharing with friends

The breakfast was really really nice! They had a great selection of Chinese and western options, including a bakery section with different types of bread and cake, cooked foods, yoghurt, fresh fruit and more. The food was delicious!! The room is very comfortable and clean. The bed is really comfortable, had 3 fantastic nights of sleep! There was a generous amount of free water including a big bottle and two smaller ones, and a nice selection of teas and coffee in the room too. The room was cleaned well each day for us and it was quiet. The check in process was easy and quick, and the staff were professional, kind and always ready to help us.

The only problem I had was that the bathroom was not separated from the room properly. There was no actual bathroom, It was all open plan, and was only able to be shut off by a sliding door going across the middle of the room which didn't fully block out sounds and smells. This was a bit annoying because there was very little privacy to use the toilet comfortably. My husband and I decided to use the downstairs hotel toilet a lot because of this as it was a little awkward. It would have been nice if we had a room with an actual bathroom in the room instead of it all being open plan.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and accommodating - they let us do an early check in and they were always ready to help. The room has all the necessary facilities - even an ironing board and an iron. The bed is comfortable, the shower works well, the cleaning service is great. The breakfast is decent enough, most food options include Chinese dishes but there are eggs, veggies and pastries if you want something different. The location is very convenient - only 7-8 minutes walk from the metro station. It's a good deal for this money.

The hotel is located close to many eateries that served delicious and inexpensive local food. The hotel has a reasonably equipped gymnasium, which can access 24/7, which is very convenient.

The breakfast is good, with a variety of food choices. The cleaning staff are nice and friendly. The service is generally good.

The location might be far from the tourist attractions but still easy to manage by metro.

Quiet area close to a few Chinese restaurants and convenience store. Hotel was super clean.

A bit out of the way- not close to many of the attractions but if you are not looking to stay close to the thick of things and want a bit of down time, it’s a good choice for the hotel. There’s not much to offer for families with small children, more like a business hotel with multi functional rooms and a fitness area. No swimming pool.

Clean and modern room. Good sound insulation. Quiet neighbourhood. It is an 8-minute walk from the nearest metro station, with good connections to the center. The staff was very friendly and answered all our requests.

The bathroom does not have a lot of privacy. Average Asian-style breakfast.

We loved the breakfast! The room was clean, modern and really comfortable. Subway station is a 8min Walk away and a convenience Store and noodle soup places just next door. Only down side was that the staff at the reception could only communicate in English via Translator.
