Beds were very comfortable so a very good nights sleep after a tiring motorcycle journey. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

The road indicated on the satnav to get to the hotel was closed for works. Looking at Google maps (satellite) this work has been on-going for two months. It would have been very helpful if the hotel staff, on receipt of the booking had advised us of this as we could have planned our arrival by a different route so as to avoid driving through the town. The ‘hot’ breakfast options (eggs etc) were in fact cold, perhaps warming lamps or similar could be used.

The property was lovely and quiet, super clean and with great facilities. We had an attico room with a great balcony. Bed was super comfortable and the staff were great. As it was low season, bar food was available in the foyer of the bar and restaurant but breakfast was in the main restaurant and was excellent - a great range of foods and beverages. We also had free parking for our motorcycle in the underground garage. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but would like to return to make full use of the spa.

Nothing I could fault.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during our 14 day tour of Spain, Spa Jardines de Lorca was by far the best. Our room (303) had a fantastic view of Lorca Castle (worth a visit too) from our balcony. Cleanliness, room comfort and food were excellent. However, by far the best thing about the hotel was its staff. Quietly going about the business of keeping the hotel running perfectly, but always there when you needed the help. A special mention go to the reception staff who were excellent and the Breakfast room staff who managed to keep the whole place spotlessly clean even when they were busy. A great place to stay.

The only downside was that the pool was closed but we knew that before we stayed. Its a seasonal thing and not a problem.

The hotel has large and bright rooms and bathrooms and a large free parking lot. The interior is not modern; the bed is comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant - very good food with nice plating, fast and good service. The breakfast is very rich with many options. Competent and kind staff.

The hotel is located behind the station and the railway lines, at 400 meters walking to the center in a straight road. Unfortunately, this straight road cannot be accessed for now because there are construction works, so either you stay isolated in the hotel, or you dare to walk over 1.5 km to the center, bypassing the constructions. Wifi was not working well.

The hotel was in a good location for us, as we were visting the nearby private hospital, but it was an easy walk to the main Lorca area. Parking was very easy, right next to the hotel and plenty of space. We didn't have time to enjoy the facilities, spa, pool etc, but all looked very inviting. We were given a room on the 3rd floor with a terrace, which had great views towards the mountains

Hotel location was excellent in a very quiet area but within easy walking distance to the town center. Room comfortable and clean and bar and outside sitting areas also comfortable.

The air-conditioning in the room blows straight on the bed. Lack of hotel information provided in the room. Restaurant closed in the evening as out of season, food available in the bar /cafetera.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Wifi is very good. Plenty of space to work (desk in room). I've stayed in this hotel around 5 or 6 times.

Breakfast is ok, but really could be better. The orange juice is particularly awful. Sorry. Also, a personal niggle: I wish hotels would put NON SUGARED natural yoghurts at breakfast. It's either sugared or sweetened with saccharine (even worse).

Very comfortable room and staff were all very helpful.

We had a glass of wine each at the outside bar. We saw the bottle, which can be bought from Mercadona for less than €3 and we were charged €5 per glass! No tomamos nuestros pelos! We had breakfast for €12 each but everything on the “hot” plate was cold. Real shame as it all looked great.

The hotel was easy to find, free parking facility was superb, and the whole look of the hotel areas were very good. It was only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

I think if the hotel wants to attract foreign visitors it should at least have a tv that provides news channels so that we can all keep abreast of world news in our own language.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed incredibly confortable.

I missed having refillable soap dispensers in the bathroom to make the stay more environmentally friendly and avoid single-use amenities. Also, having a glass in the bathtub instead of a curtain would be appreciated.
