Staff was helpful and friendly. Half French and half English is working in France. 🙂 Breakfast is very good, worth for the money but you get only one croissant per person (8.5 Euros per person). Location is 10/10, everything is in walking distance in Bourg-Saint-Andéol.

The room smelled a bit strange (I felt the same smell in some hotels in India). The furniture and equipment in the room looked like if they bought them from here and there. The hotel has a place for the bikes but don't be surprised when on the other day you find your bike 'respected' by some doves, haha!

A 2-star hotel in Bourg Saint Andeol, a remote place in France, really exceeded my expectations. I thought the room would be very cramped, but it pretty big with one double bed and one sigle bed. It had a TV, a fridge, a microwave and a decent private bathroom. The facilities were not the best, but I really did not expect so much when I booked. There was a small bar on the ground floor and a restaurant. The dinner was pretty good, but the breakfast was just normal. I expected some eggs in the breakfast but sadly it was not there. At 8 euro, the breakfast was decent. I made good friendship with the owner, Mr. Fabien Martinez, who was very nice and made me feel at ease in a new non-descript place like Bourg Saint Andeol. He was cordial and very humble inspite of a very good background. In short, a nice decent hotel in BSA. Thanks, Fabien, for all your courtesy and help.

1. The hotel does not have an elevator, rather it has a staircase for two floors, which could be a problem for elderly person or persons with heavy luggage. 2. The hotel rooms could have been cleaner. 3. The bath towels could have been bigger.

For a sleepover on a long journey through France, this charming and personable hotel and town were a welcome change from the standard low cost offerings along the A-7. Worth the detour. Also enjoyed being able to have dinner in the hotel's terrace after a long day's driving.

Despite the parking being a filter criteria for the booking.com search, initially we were told there was no space in the private, secure courtyard parking and would have to use public parking in the square in front. In the end, a place in the private parking was negotiated, however not before I had decanted a lot of luggage from the car in the square across the street to the pavement in front of the hotel. This wouldn't be an issue if you are travelling light, but if you have a lot of luggage you want to keep securely in the car, you may want to call ahead to check that there is a place.

Pleasant hotel with a very welcoming staff. Great location and comfortable rooms. Really recommend to anyone staying in Bourg-Saint-Andéol.

So friendly and accommodating. I arrived with a bicycle and I was able to store it in a garage. The rooms were clean, comfortable bed, powerful shower. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel too which were both delicious.

Rooms about right for 2* and price. Restaurant was tops. We also thought it good value for money. We asked ahead for one of their (very few) secure parking spots and they obliged. Thank you!

It was located in the middle of town, Parking is possible at the hotel or on the other side of the road, both of them easy to park on. Nice quiet rooms and very friendly staff
