The breakfast buffet was very good and area was kept really clean. Staff was very helpful at all times.

The only thing that I did not like was that pets are allowed due to allergies. But I respect the fact that each person that has a pet has the right to have them join them on their journey's. So just because I have allergies, it is unfair for me to really be upset.

Camellia, the lady that served breakfast, was remarkable. She cleaned tables, made sure everyone had whatever they wanted, greeted everyone with a huge smile, made sure all food was replenished. I could go on and on. Please recognize and reward her. She’s a keeper!

Very clean and lady at desk very friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding were amazing. Everything very clean. Left before the breakfast. The area looked great. I would imagine the food would have been great.

No bedding for a pull out couch, and when I requested it the desk person was reluctant to provide it although she finally did. We could not call down to ask because the phones in our room did not work. The mattress on the pull out couch was ripped to shreds on two sides and was extraordinarily uncomfortable; it definitely needs replaced. The pool was closed. We were initially given the wrong room but it got cleared up pretty easily. A water leak in the breakfast room caused my husband to slip and fall on his back. I had to request more toilet paper at the front desk because our room didn’t have much. We rented a suite that slept six but there were only two paper cups in the room.

The breakfast was very good, and the service was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

We liked everything about our stay, especially the pillows.

The staff goes above and beyond to cater to the racers of unbound! I have stayed here 3 years ago and continue to book/recommend this hotel!
