The place was very clean, extra touch of the cookies and water at check in was appreciated. The beds were soft and clean and the hotel was in a great location. There was adequate parking and ease of loading luggage in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was also great with a large variety of options.

The shower had lukewarm, low pressure water. The room was incredibly humid, so much so that the room was wet when we woke up and we were on the third floor. We were awoken at 5am by the cleaning crew who would have gotten into our room had the extra latch not been latched despite the "sleeping" sign on the door and no knock. Upon talking with the crew, they informed us that they had been mistakenly given our room number on their list to clean that morning. They were very apologetic and we were not upset at them, more so their boss who gave them the incorrect room number.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, including a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was just exceptional. The front desk clerks were so welcoming and cheerful and the breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this choice

The room was nice, beds were comfy, breakfast was good, and everything was very clean.

We could hear the upstairs neighbor all night, the mini fridge was not very cold, the pool was closed and the comforter was very heavy on the bed. It fell off several times over night.

Very clean and comfortable and the staff was great. The breakfast was also good and the lady taking care of the breakfast area in the morning was fantastic.

The price was a but higher than many of the others in the area.

If you’re coming to Emporia for Unbound this place exceeds expectations. Bike wash station, rags for cleaning bikes, and early breakfast for race day. Above and beyond.

Price is pretty high during an event like Unbound due to high demand

The pillows and bed height. The close location of restaurants and easy access to the highway.. Desk staff were super helpful and responsive to questions asked. We had a room for mobility impaired. Aisles were wide enough to maneuver the wheelchair - a definite plus! Would definitely recommend this with one exception. No towels or wash cloths were low enough for one in a wheelchair to reach and it would have been nice if the sink counter was about 2 inches lower.

It was a very nice stay. I was pleased that the room has blinds to block out all light. Also I was able to have a late check out at no cost.

Access to things like crackers and stuff with the little market they have available. Not have to ask for plastic cutlery.

The breakfast had lots of options and was excellent. The hot foods were hot and the cold cold. The seating was ample and we enjoyed relaxing before our day.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options and very well maintained. Very clean facilities and well equipped room. Very nice front desk staff who were very helpful. We didn't use the little necessities shop at the front desk, but it looked well stocked and I like that it was always available 24/7. Coffee/hot chocolate station was also well stocked and open 24/7.

Location was excellent for my needs. Breakfast was wonderful, and the person working the breakfast area outgoing, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, had extra towels in the room (love that!). Mattress comfortable and room not noisy
