The location, the parking outside the hotel, the restaurants or places to eat near the hotel, the proximity to everything: the main park, the place where the event I went to was, the market, ATMs... everything. On sunday night, there was live music in the main park and on monday morning flag ceremonies and you could see and hear it all from the hotel!

The first day I had travel 6 hours to get there and wanted some rest but the rooms aren't that private, so I heard everything around... some people listening to music very loud, others talking and the people in the hallway going to a party with high heels.

Very ample rooms good matress excellent pillows clean rooms baths this one in Matehuala on Jose Morelos is very centrally located. 5 restraunts 3 pharmacy's bank plaza ice cream parlor various shops taxi station..All with in 3 to 500 feet in either direction... Lots of police presence... Feel safe... The restaurants I ate at excellent food opened early closed late. I'd highly recommend this hotel... As a guest at this hotel u will not be disappointed... I was there about a month and a half ago and just day before yesterday no hot water both times. Told the man at frt. desk. The problem was rectified promptly..

Staff were not as friendly as other places I have stayed

The staff was very nice and helped me to get a parking spot right in front of the hotel. The location was great, but we got in late and left early so I did not get to visit. It was okay for a quick night while on the road.

I think the shower did not have hot water or I was not patient enough, but I expect that in Mexico. Not a deal breaker. The parking situation was a problem, but I was okay since the staff moved one of their cars to give me their spot on the street in front of the hotel. I truly appreciated that since I had been driving for over 12 hours and was exhausted.
