Lovely room, great facilities, in the town centre, 3 mins from the beach front, and the owner was amazing. Thanks to a delayed flight, we didn't end up arriving until almost midnight. Having spoken with the owner, he arranged a secure place for us to collect the building and room keys from and sent us full details of where we could find these. Took so much stress off a very delayed and very annoying journey.

The only thing I did not like (so much to like) was the joining door with the next room, which I was not aware of when I booked. Didn't give a fully private feel to the room, especially as we didn't know if their were guests in the next room or not.

Make sure you understand to check in you need to go get the keys from a bar on the beach. This was not made clear until we arrived and had to call to figure out how to get in

Traveling as a couple. We really like the place, in the center of the town, cleaned and quite new.

The pillow were not so comfortable and the big shower jet didn’t work so we had to use the small one.

Very nice location in the very center of Noli. Keep in mind that for check-in you need to go to Bagni Florida (on the beach), and not to the room address.

The thing I liked the most was the cleaning. Everything is very accurate and the room is beautifully well equipped.

Nice, modern apartment, amazing location.

Apartment is not very user-friendly. Extra shelves for keeping shoes, hats, bags ect would helps lot. Also I have never seen an apartment that didn’t have so much as a salt, sugar, dishwashing sponge… Cleaning service is not good as well.

The walls were very thin. We did not get a good night sleep on either of 2 nights there due to so much noise made late at night and early in morning. Noise came from next door room with a poorly fitted door separating the two rooms.
