The accommodation was unique because it is set very much in nature and you can walk around the coffee plantation as well as spot a variety of birds. We enjoyed a guided tour at 4pm with a very knowledgeable naturalist. The estate also has many facilities such as badminton, TT, swimming pool, carrom board, snooker table and pool table. The room was very big and the bathroom also. The view from the room was great and facilities great. We enjoyed all our meals as well as the included breakfast. There was also a facility which had a room full of plants so guests could enjoy sitting indoors with nature. Some people also used bicycles around the estate, but we didn't have time.

The power did fluctuate quite a lot so maybe that needs to be looked into as it also may have affected the hot water for my wife as she showered second. We also were unlucky as a rat gnawed the petrol pipe in our car and when we drove off there was a strong smell of petrol. Luckily, we stopped off at a nearby petrol station and a mechanic managed to fix the pipe. Apparently, there is a spray or something you can buy to make rats stay away, but just be aware, and if you smell petrol, do something quick...we lost 1/4 tank of petrol over 3km of driving.

Gusting winds, chirping birds, pure air and lake on the property. Just serene and calm. The cottages are big and sit outs are great. Sushant and Pandav in the restaurant were excellent. The Italian restaurant has amazing location and food. Spread across 72 acres, they have only 22 cottages and the cottages were made without cutting any trees. Very environment friendly resort.

Breakfast menu was not really great. Also only 2 staff were working in the restaurant hence service was little slow. They definitely did their best to cover up. Bathrooms are very big but they lack hooks to hang clothes. The tea bags in the room were pretty OK. The tea tasted anything but like Tea. The location is so good, one would live non stop tea/ coffee especially when reading a book....this is missing. Need a Spa asap....then it's a perfect 5/5.

We love the property. This is our second visit to Magnolia and we can say that it has only gotten better. Everything about this resort, from the villa type rooms, to the diverse flora and fauna to be seen here is an experience worth having, especially with young kids. The clubhouse has games and a lovely library with interesting books. We enjoyed the plantation tour guided by Mr Puneeth and we learnt so much from him. We also got a glimpse of their organic vegetable garden. Overall this place is great and we will definitely be returning :)

The bathrooms are not great. The hot and cold mixer for the shower did not work properly and we took cold showers a few times. Also, the food at the restaurant is decent but can be better.

The place, the setting and the ambience was great. A very well managed property with extremely genial staff, especially the games room person, who doubles as the guide for the plantation walk. He explains everything in detail about coffee, pepper and all kinds of plants inside the property and even about the business they do. All in all a great stay and you get to soak in nature in full length, since the property is at the foot of a hill. The rooms are so big, we literally can play football inside with the kids 😃

The food was overpriced for the quantity and the taste.

Property is full of green lush, plantation done systematically. There are two ponds with crystal clean rain water, view from those to hill top is like Nanital view. Worth at this price. Rooms and Wash room are super big, like 2BHK size. All the staffs are very helpful quick in service especially Praveen (Reception) and Dev (Dinning) has great contribution in our comfortable stay. Amazing location , the pictures on Booking.com don’t do justice to actual location . you have to experience it first hand . The staff are very well trained and are extremely helpful . Puneet took us around for plantation walk . it was fun .

It is one of the best properties in Coorg. The hospitality and food are on point. You can just immerse yourself in this 75+ acre property which has lakes and coffee plantations. I was there for 2 days there is also a tennis court which is fun and indoor activities The place is a very peaceful place surrounded by nature

Surrounded by thick coffee plantation the location was superb. Cloud cover post afternoon adds to the amazing experience

Food could have been little more better. Especially dinner options were limited I felt.
