We travelled to this resort on 1st and 2nd Jun'25 for a 2night stay with a 7 yr old. The Location of last 1km is a bit small road, however it is managable...otherwise the road is approachable from Virajpet-Mysore road. The resort in itself is very beautiful with a big golf course and a scenic view. This becomes absolutely stunning when there are rains. Fortunately, when we stayed, it rained and we enjoyed the absolutely fantastic views from our Balcony & Swimming pool. This resort has good facilities like cycles (though the area inside the hotel is small for cycling), games room (board games, table tennis, foosball etc), garden, swimming pool (this will give you a feeling of an infinity pool due to the golf course beneath with a breathtaking view). The rooms are really spacious and has all the facilities in it. Along with that the amenities provided are great too like minibar, toiletteries, tea/coffee machine etc. The Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner is actually value for your money as they are indeed very tasty and has got quite a good no of options. We loved the Breakfast and Dinner very much. The staff is very cooperative and always available on call.

During our stay, there were a lot of electricity fluctuations. Although, it was not more than for a few seconds, but yes sometimes it does disturbed the sleep and charging cycles of phones, laptop etc. Otherwise, nothing to complain.

Very comfortable stay and it is a beautiful place as well. We were 3 friends who stayed in a single room, they were very thoughtful in terms of having 3 different sets of dental kits, 3 pairs of slippers and had setup the extra bed before we reached there. High tea was complimentary with a wide variety of snacks included in it too. Food overall was decent

They could provide a hair dryer as well in the bathroom. The dining area is on the first floor and I did not see any lift to that floor, you have to climb 15+ steps to reach the dining space, might be difficult if you are traveling with older people.

I liked the amazing property with its beautiful location surrounded by nature, including manicured gardens, lawns, greenery, a golf course, and picturesque hills in the distance. The rooms were comfortable yet cozy, providing a sense of home away from home. The staff was exceptional, always smiling, helpful, and supportive. The filter coffees and the delicious food, especially the breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee caramel custard, gulab jamuns, and dosas, were delightful highlights of the stay.

There was not much I did not like, but being close to greenery, there were some mosquitoes, which could benefit from a remedy. Additionally, the resort's isolation from other attractions, hotels, and restaurants made me wish for more food options and activities, such as a spa and massage facilities.

Location of the resort is very good very near to main road bust still feels in the forest , we enjoyed golf view as well. Very nice food both veg and non veg . Staff behaviour is very welcoming and they respond to all your asks . Cycling in the hilly roads which goes along the hills was very good , my son enjoyed it to the core. Infinity swimming pool was maintained well and we were in the pool most of the times. We had a very peaceful and eventful stay. Thank you Amritara Ambatty Greens Resort for making our stay special

Spacious room, clean bathroom, big balcony, infinity pool, very scenic with hill background ,best food spread for lunch, dinner and bfst.. cycling within the property..

Not very specific but the game room, billard and kids play area could be improved as it's small...since there is lot of space in the property these can be improved...

Break fast was good, clean

Bath towels provided old, the location provided in booking . Com was wrong, we reached the town as per location, again we have called hotel to get correct location and staff sent by what's app, we have notified reception staff to change

Our stay at Ambatty was great.. it's located by the golf course! We stayed here for my cousins wedding- they even sent someone to help me drape my sari. The rooms are nice and spacious, an extra bed was provided on request late at night. We had a wonderful stay..

Our room was a little far off- the last cottage 306, would not complain otherwise but the walk being dressed up in Indian wear for a wedding is slightly challenging.

Overall experience, friendly staff, the view. I liked the room size, the bathroom was too spacious. The best part i lived their plant collection, very rare and unique.

The bed was not that comfortable.. Food could better, it was a bit salty for me.

Vary hygiene, awesome nature, very spacious room , old British architecture building but still maintained in very good condition with modern touch. Dinner was really very tasty and just felt like should recommend others to visit

Breakfast not up to the mark and not as per their standard, definitely need to change the quality. Felt good was not fresh.

Excellent food options. Very good views of the neighboring golf course from the property. Staff was prompt and helpful. Room is very spacious and has all the required amenities. Enough activities to do in the resort and around the resort. Swimming pool is large sized and decently maintained.

Room could have been a bit cleaner. Need a bucket & mug or a hand shower in the bathroom (only overhead shower was there)
