Staffing was very helpful, friendly, specially the cafeteria man . He was above expectations. Room spaciousness, very clean, sheets ironed and fresh. Good breakfast.

Just I didn’t care much about location. Although it was not far from downtown, (maybe 4 blocks away) when walking and crossing main streets you have to be careful.

The great reception we had from Kristell in the reception, who did the best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She also took care of the breakfast in the next morning anticipating it to allow us to leave early in the next morning. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and the access to taxis and transportation in and out of the city was fine.

The lack of the air conditioning in the rooms. We have been told that all of them were in maintenance. Anyway, they gave us a fan to mitigate the excessive heat in the room during the night. The hotel staff should inform in a correct way the address of the garage to avoid customers to drive to the hotel and come back another block to fing the entrance of the garage.

Confortable, clean just two blocks from city enter, Everything renovated and and easy to get in and out. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Alex night porter gave us a 100% service and was an outstanding service person, thank you, we will be back.

Great location.excellent staff. Very comfortable beds, large room with a small fridge and a fan. Lots of windows that opened for a breeze.very food breakfast.

The fan provided was geared way to high. Too noisy at the lowest speed, therefore we did not use it. Plenty of windows to open to provide a breeze and cool the room.

Everything was excellent: lovely cotton bed linen and towels, good size room, plenty to choose from at breakfast with freshly squeezed fruit juices. The staff were very helpful, allowed us early check in and advice on what to see in Tacna.

I like the location as it was not so much in the busy area so I could have a quiet sleep, and not so far from the good parts of town
