The breakfast is good, with fresh lobster salad and fresh scrambled eggs and orange juice, great coffee and much more. Amazing. There is a great spa/onsen/sauna included, the best on our 3 weeks trip. Parking is right beneath the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet and bathroom amenities are perfect and of course with a Japanese style bidet.

The futons were thin and the floor was hard concrete, not tatami, making the whole sleeping comfort pretty bad. Make sure to ask for an extra layer before going to sleep.

1 night on a business trip. Town is quiet on an afternoon but evenings there are plenty of great Korean BBQ family run restaurants along the street. Room is spacious with comfy firm bed and Aircon (Aircon and light controls are next to bed in wall unit which took a bit of detective work!) Huge room with dividing partition. Free WiFi. Fridge with free water. Super powerful shower Left bags there all day no issue whilst went for meetings. Didn't use sauna /spa but was available for free. Definitely stay here again when on local business. (European male. Mid 50's)

No plug sockets next to bed ...but getting out of bed to turn off phone alarm gets you up and awake! Breakfast was enough but not a great choice. Scrambled eggs, kimchi, coffee, pastries, rice, fruit. (Maybe a good thing as you just eat a normal breakfast!)

spacious room and isle. Very quiet and comfort bed. free parking with lots of parking space at the building. free Sauna for each day. Will recommend to every one who visiting Jinju to stay at this hotel.

There is only one employee working during the night time so room service was not great.

The room with perfect view and pretty big, supplied with everything. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

I am not sure, but the location must be not the best, at least a little bit far away from the main touristic places. 45 Minutes walking is needed)

Location of the hotel is not the best to stay in the city. The neighborhood is a industrial area.

Clean and spacious

The property is amazingly big. it has two bedrooms and two bathroom.

Hotel is classy. Front office staff were professional. Lobby's elegant. Gym is fully equipped. Included were vouchers to buffet breakfast catering to both Western and Asian guests. And free entry to Sauna. Spectacular views on second top floor which had ample sunlight coming through. Very clean and bed's super comfortable.

Kettle wasn't working at the start. It turns out there's a problem with the power outlet, you have to push the plug hard. I was dismayed I couldn't use the sauna because I wasn't permitted to go in there using my swimmers. I found only front office staff member (I think her name was Ms Lee) friendly and helpful. Other staff I had encountered were not warm, smiling and approachable. Pricy hotel which I won't mind at all if it was good value for money which to me included friendly, warm and excellent customer service.
