The rooms where comfrotable and clean...which is the most important detail of the trip.

I would have liked for trivago or expedia apps to have a filter to show whether or not the motel includes continental breakfast because when you are shopping around for choosing a motel I would say this is definitely a factor to reflect pricing. I also could not find anywhere online that stated that continental breakfast is included.

the staff was very friendly. the rooms were really clean and tidy. no bad smells. the bed was comfy. it was quiet. ive stayed there before probably about 5 years ago and it was nice.. but this stay was much better.

the only thing I didn't like was the pillows. but usually I bring my own anyway.

The ladies at the reception counter and the household staff were great and very helpfull. The room was perfect with an additional table with 2 chairs and an office table and chair. The bathroom was great. Wifi was perfect.

The breakfast area felt very welcoming by the staff and they ensured we take our time even though it was ending which was appreciated by our family of 5 staying at the time.

The pillows were very uncomfortable, resulting in my husband unable to move his neck for days after our visit still. We would definitely bring our own next time.

Friendly staff. Lovely size rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Very good for the price. Good location next to the Coop, a nice gift-shop and the mountains. Accommodated our pets. Would stay again.

We didn’t get a mountain view unfortunately. Pet fee was a bit high, $20 per little dog per night. Breakfast only lasted until 9am on a Saturday.

Everything was excellent. It’s located in the centre of Grande Cache, as everything is. It’s therefore near everything. The room was immaculate, comfortable, large, properly furnished. The value was excellent, as were the staff.

Almost nothing. It’s worth noting that all rooms are up a set of stairs. We had no issues, but mobility challenged guests might have trouble.

It didn’t look like much from the outside but it was one of our favorite stays on our 30-day trip. The room was awesome - it was super clean, corner clean. The room was nicely decorated, the linens were good and the beds comfortable. The staff was amazing.

The sidewalk outside was crumbling and I use a cane. Also, no elevator. But the front desk clerk helped carry our bags.

The gal working the check in desk made us feel so welcome! She made the stay for us 10 star! The facility was older but very well maintained and I was very pleased with the accommodations.

It was easy checkin, young lady at counter was very nice when we got there, room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we are on a time limit for this trip. But will definitely stay there again!

I was impressed with the friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the room. Everything was great and couldn't have been better. It was easily accessible and lots of parking.
