Nice hotel with nice rooms. Located right beside the info center. Comfy bed and pillows. There’s also a cool viewing room on the third floor. They should tell guests about. Great spot to see the mountains

Advertised free breakfast but the restaurant only had one person working so I gave up after waiting 25 minutes. The hotel should address this with the restaurant if they’re going to continue partnering with them. It was very disappointing

the property was charming, clean and the staff were so wonderful. We attended a wedding at the inn and suites and the meal catered by the hotel was amazing! So professional, and so delicious. The cakes were made at the hotel and were incredible. The chef is a pastry chef so that explains it. it was delightful from beginning to end! 😊💗

If anything, key cards needing to be re-programmed daily around the same time it seems, but Reception staff is more than happy to help correct this quickly for you

Breakfast was average for the most part. Staff was was very friendly.

The entrance was very hard to open . Automatic operators need adjusting. You have a very nice location and priced right.

The only thing I can think of was the tv was too big for the cabinet. Either smaller tv or make a platform so you can view from a chair and not just the bed. Not able to turn to see from sitting in chair.

Small town ambience where people have big hearts. Loved the interactions with the staff, the delicious breakfast and the amazing sun room with a million dollar view from our floor. Stayed for just one night but loved every bit of it. A big thank you to everyone at the Grande cache inn and suites!

Easy to find and access. Friendly staff and the breakfasts were delicious! Room was clean and had AC. Would definitely stay here again if we went back!

Elevator was a little nerve wracking especially if you don't like them to start. Made alot of noise when it would stop at a floor.

Breakfast was in the restaurant attached to the hotel and was very good but not included in price. Location is excellent in the centre of Grande Cache. Room has good facilities, comfy bed, clean bathroom, everything you could want. View from room was of the mountains (room was at front of building). Warm public rooms and bedroom which was essential as it was during a cold snap. Staff very helpful and friendly. Coffee available all day in reception.

Hotel is slightly dated but not yet needing a refresh. When we arrived the lift and the restaurant were not working due to technical problems however these were fixed the following day.
