We had wonderful experience in the Glamping. This business is owned by a Columbian family, very authentic and warm hearted. The housekeeping is impeccable clean and the service team all over super helpful whenever they can. Especially John was always asking if we needed something. Even if we didn’t speak Spanish the Google translator made our communication with the staff easy to communicate. We were lucky to see some wild animals like the Capybara by the river and a couple of the Armadillos at night. Close by you have a wonderful family owned coffee farm - Recucca which you can visit by mountain bike within 20min easy ride uphill and 10mins back downhill. They offer horse back riding and it’s definitely worth trying it out because the surroundings are breathtaking. The whirlpool is a super plus and the coffee in this area will be hard to find in this quality outside the coffee triangle this is what we have experienced now after writing this review and having travelled for another week. The mattress of the beds are the best we have ever had in a hotel all over the world. As a little suggestion we would have liked a mosquito net around it even there are not many mosquitoes but a few hit us at night. One suggestion we would like to give. The food selection is quite small and there is really not much option in the area. We stayed for 5 nights and for this amount of time they need to improve a bit even if they would start offering simple Colombian traditional dishes like Rice, beans and eggs or something like Quesadillas which are easy to be made. The Raclette is a nice idea and probably works for meat eaters. For me as a vegetarian it was not really a good option to have since the vegetables can’t be really seasoned on a Raclette. Still, we would highly recommended this place and would return here if we would come back in this area especially having seen a bit more of Colombia already and we are super happy that we started of our journey in the Quindio area.

Everything, the views, the location, the food, the staff, mostly the room!

If I were to recommend something to the accommodation is: they should offer free drinkable water since you cannot drink from the tab, and they should arrange for the walking trail to continue along the river, the place is amazing and it's a pity you can only walk along the river for 3 minutes before the trail stops.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is amazing. Great food, peaceful atmosphere and a very relaxing environment.

The view from the room, the private terrace. The staff was very kind and helpful. The fact that you can get your dinner delivered to your tent for free. Veggie options.

Some tents are better than others, more isolated. There is one which is just in front of the stairs and that can bother some people who look for privacy and intimacy.

This place was great it is the perfect glamping experience. Great views, beautiful animals everywhere. We enjoyed the food, the staff was very friendly overall it was excellent for the price.

I only stayed one night and it rained but I can’t really think of anything we disliked, lots of mosquitoes, bugs, spiders etc but its expected when camping in the middle of nature.

Serene, scenic views, complete peace with birds and animals around. Excellent service, kudos to John and Alejandro who made us feel like home. Entre Ríos is not a typical hotel, expect to do some do it yourself meals if you want with grill or pizza which is excellent experience. We got a recommendation for the horse ride - John and transportation- Angelo, which were both excellent and professional. Enjoy every activity, and explore on your own, you will not regret it.

Everything was perfect

Everything was incredible, the tents were huge and had everything you could ever need already there, I didn’t need to go anywhere! the place was silent and so beautiful and magical, life is strong in this river valley. Angelo the driver was amazing and informative on the way there and back, he waited hours while the bus from Medellin was delayed!

Most beautiful and peaceful setting. Rooms are large, well designed and so comfortable. The outdoors hot tub is such a treat! Honestly such a special and fantastic place. Angelo was our driver while we were there and he was brilliant so kind and helpful.

The lunch/ dinner menu is disappointing and very very random. Fondue and raclette in Colombia in the tropics. Makes no sense. Really hope they’ll review it cause it lets the place down a bit

Absolutely perfect stay at Glamping Entre Rios! The location is stunning, overlooking a beautiful river valley with cattle grazing and bamboo forests in the background. It's a photographers dream. Each morning, we awoke to the sounds of the river and the birds that are everywhere. The Included breakfast is an absolute feast to fuel yourself for the day. They also offer a guided 2 hour horseback tour(which we did) that goes around and through the valley and crosses 2 rivers. Highly recommended! We also took advantage of the massage service which was truly one of the best massages we've ever had, and from the comfort of our room. The rooms our amazing-spacious safari style tents structures with wood flooring and bamboo throughout with all the modern amenities. Comfy king-size bed, great shower, mini-fridge, excellent WiFi. There is even a jacuzzi bath outside on the front deck. Probably the most impressive thing about Entre Rios was the phenomenal service. Each and every one of the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Can I give this place an 11? We can't wait to come back!

There really wasn't anything to dislike. Just remember to bring bug spray, as there are definitely mosquitos outside. This was never a problem inside the tent however.
