The place was immaculate clean and well kept. The place seems ideal to travel with children: it is located close to Parque del Cafe, they sell reasonably priced snacks and small meals catered for children, they have outdoor movie nights, with a bonfire and marshmallows and cute, gentle animals around the premises. The pool is safe and nice and so is the playground. Staff was extremely friendly: they came to our car with umbrellas one time it was pouring down and they even helped us change a tire when we had a flat.

I would have liked more variety in the breakfast options, specially because I'm allergic to eggs, so I was stuck eating the same thing every morning.

The staff makes the place a great place to stay,Alison, Andres and Juan Pablo are amazing , they are so kind and helpful, only because of them I would like to come back to this place. The hotel is clean and the small lake with animals is beautiful

The restaurant, the food is not good, they have few options and when you ask for other options the excuse is they have more than 20 but most of them are fast food or they don’t have it, you can’t find any dessert,we got a rotten potato in our dish and they blame the each other but you don’t get a solution, I want to clarify that I didn’t get the daily menu, I bought the expensive menu, this is too expensive for the low quality of the food, the person that makes the dishes doesn’t know how to cook, the food doesn’t taste well, this is something the hotel needs to consider to fix as soon as possible if they want to keep clients or if they want the clients to come back, because the installation are great.

Location is great for all the surrounding parks, hotel is very clean. Food is okay, breakfast is really good. But the dinner is hit or miss. The bar area is fantastic with music and on the weekends live music. The bartender (Jose) is great too! The movie and bonfires with popcorn and marshmallows is ideal for families. They have animals thoughtout the day, from peacocks to Llamas.

The dinner is okay. The pasta lacked a thicker cream. It was way too watery.

The staff was ready to help with joy and kindness, it had different animals, the jacuzzi and pool were spacious and comfortable, they had planned activities for visitors to be entertained, and the property, overall, is beautiful!

The beds weren’t much confortable

The breakfast was good, just a minor situation with your server asking me to pay for 2 extra eggs I asked for during breakfast, even, the reservation described buffet breakfast.

Beautiful garden with lots of friendly animals. Bog pool, which was very clean and in perfect condition. We stayed in the deluxe room with a very big super king size bed. Great stay

The hotel is well located, cool pool , night movie activities. Is what you need to go and visit Colombia's coffee region. Staff very gentil.

They can improve their restaurant lunch & snack options. There is not too much to eat besides the breakfast.

everything was unique and country feel. the Pool was the centre of the place and everything was close by. the food was good and the accommodations were nice. it is a very short walk to the nearby village and a quick ride to the parque café.
