Everything was amazing from the first minute. The hotel and room were tidy and clean. I felt home since I arrived. The hotel is located close to different venues, which makes accessibility easy to everywhere. The staff were helpful and committed. All went smoothly and in a professional manner. I wanted to extend a special thanks to Ms.Elona for her assistance and outstanding support during my stay, the delicious breakfast she and her team offered and the nice spirit and smile she spread which made the clients feel at home. A person who is aware of her roles and responsibilities. Ms. Dijone, the iconic receptionist, thanks for your exceptional care and attention during my stay at the hotel. Your professionalism and kindness truly made my visit memorable. Best hotel to stay in Prishtina. The search for detalis is almost manic, nothing is left to chance and everything is really of the highest level. Applause staff, they are very good, from waiter to those who take care of the rooms. The rooms are huge with impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast buffet with a wide selection of products. Needless to say, everything is good. It’s one of the best hotels i’ve ever been. Thank you to the staff especially to Mrs. Dijone. Thank you 🙏🏻

There was nothing i didn’t like, everything was perfect.

Location The location is perfect. I also think the breakfast is great. I can get an omelet cooked how I like… even with aijar in it! The front desk help is super attentive. There are little things like a tips, soap, and a dental kit that are appreciated.

It’s not a not like, but I do wish breakfast began earlier. With that said I have stayed here a few times and go in early and things are set up and no one chases me away.

The air conditioning system is running warmer than the set temperature, I had to keep the window open at night to have a comfortable feeling.

The hotel is excellent, beautiful, comfortable and very well located. The staff is excellent, and they try to provide the best stay possible. We chose a budget double room for our stay (a couple), which, although beautiful and comfortable, was quite small (really). Mirson, the manager at the reception, was very kind and updated us at no additional cost. I must also mention Elona, ​​the breakfast waitress, for her professionalism, competence and friendliness.

If you don't want to eat sweet food, there are almost no options for breakfast. For example, no plain bread is available unless you ask for it. We didn't use the safety box in our room because it wasn't attached to the closet. Some maintenance issues could be quickly resolved

The location of the Hotel was great. People were friendly and supportive. You won't have tons of options for the breakfast but it depends on your approach. As a Turkish customer, I would say the variety of the breakfast was not sufficient. On the other hand, if your expectation is not so high you may say that the breakfast was sufficient.

The bathroom was too small to move. Also don't forget to bring your own slipper because I couldn't see a paper slipper in my room but also I don't know whether they provide this. If they do, I can't blame them.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. My flight was at 8am so i had to check out at 6am, so they made breakfast for me at that time. Great.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Also i dont wanna forget i thank Miss Dijona for the excellent work and the proper service she offers. I totally recommend this hotel, i felt like in my home

Nothing, everything was great

Bed is very comfortable. Memory foam mattress. Amazing! Breakfast is really good. Ask for a menu, really good options on it. Very clean room.

Parking can be a nightmare. Very limited spots directly in front of hotel. Balcony i had looked out over someone's unkept garden and clothes line. So I never used the balcony.

Stylish room, comfortable bed and good shower. The staff and manager were very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. The position of the Hotel Opera was very good for for visiting the sites of interest.

No storage drawers or bath towel rail. Aircon set to 24 C degrees minimum. In room tea/coffee free on first day only.
