Hotel Gracanica was an absolute treat and amazing surprise for my GF and I. To be honest we did not have many expectations for our short stay before the bulk of our travels but this Hotel was the perfect start to our trip, the pool was perfect for a hot summer's day, the greek salad was the best we had all over Europe, the bedroom was clean, minimal and comfortable, and lastly the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and awesome! Would highly recommend this hotel if you were to visit Pristina.

There was an unfortunate smell that came from the bathroom shower after every shower. It did subside after 5 to 10 minutes. That was the only issue we found.

We enjoyed hotel Gracanica a lot. The room was quiet and in a private side (the patio) of the hotel, which made it really relaxing for us. The pool was big enough for our taste, and clean to enjoy some refreshment in the sunny weather. The breakfast, and the other meals from the restaurant were great, they were done with local ingredients and lots of love. The staff was amazingly friendly and always ready to help. It was our first time there, but we are sure that we will come back again. I suggest to all that want to enjoy some calm days, amazing food, and a relaxing environment in Kosovo, to choose this hidden gem!!!

Our family had the most wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Gracanica. What a lovely home from home. It is an intimate hotel, only 15 bedrooms. The staff look after you, nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are excellent, everything is so clean. The design of the hotel is exceptional. Full marks to the architect. The food in the restaurant is excellent, great value. Highly recommended. We would love to come back.

The highlight was the staff members, who were friendly and helpful. Wish I had had more time to spend time with them there. I think given the noise and pollution in Prishtina, this hotel was the right choice. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was solid, and the design of the property gorgeous. Definitely a unique, special hotel.

I think the bathroom could be provided with a few amenities. No shampoo or body wash. Also, the neighborhood kids were a bit noisy at times at night. Finally, as many people have pointed out, the frequent wedding photoshoots taking place around the pool really get in the way. I would pay more not to deal with them.

Truly wonderful hotel. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. My transfer from Pristina airport was also arranged by the hotel and was faultless. The room was clean and was equipped with safe, coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and free bottled water. The breakfast was also excellent, a coffee of your choice plus bacon, eggs, omlettes etc all cooked to order. Cold meats and cheeses along with cereal and bread/toast were also available with delicious homemade jams. Nearly forgot the freshly squeezed orange juice. I didn't dine other than breakfast, but im certain i wouldn't have been disappointed... lovely pool and gardens to relax in, a library of locally relevant material in various languages just waiting to be consumed in a relaxing environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and i will be back 100%..... Hvala

if i had anything at all slightly negative to say about my stay, it would have been the wifi, which was a little hit and miss, that said, when you stay somewhere to relax and chill, its sometimes nice not be bombarded with notifications and facetimes...so no complaints from me...all in all, perfect.

One of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. A stunning location, wonderful staff and the most delicious, homemade food. We felt so relaxed and well looked after. The hotel arranged for an extra bed to be put in our room for one of our children and it was a proper bed, not a camp bed. The pool area is beautiful and lovely to swim in and the views really pretty. Ulpiana is a 15 minute walk through the fields, the monastery a 10 minute walk and the centre of Pristina 20 minutes' drive.

This is a really solid place near Pristina - a reliable bet for an easy experience and highly pleasant stay, staffed by fun, helpful, hospitable people. It's convenient to the monastery in Gracanica, the Bear Sanctuary, Novo Brdo and Pristina city. I went for a pretty spartan room for just a night, but it was clean, modern and comfortable, and the price is right. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and fresh. Enjoyed my conversations with the staff, who were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There is also a pool.

System of of air conditioning is a bit problem While was staying there the air conditioning switched to heating automatically was very hot in the room until the next morning Part of that all good

Everyone were very friendly! They always try to help, gave us very good information. The room was very clean. They even let us check out late without any extra price. The pool was clean, they bring also drinks& food to the place we sit. Breakfast, lunch& dinner were absolutly great! Everyone were amazing!!! For you information- one of the Reception Girl do Nails aswell, so deffently worth a visit. Massage also very good!!!

Everything. Blown away by this place. Have never liked a hotel so much. So peaceful and beautiful. Not only is it a great hotel but it's also obviously a really important community asset in Gracanica. Great conversations with the staff. Food was delicious including homemade jams and ajvar.
