My first stay at this hotel was excellent. The warm welcome, flawless service, and attention to detail stood out. Dinner at the Top Restaurant was a highlight delicious food, great views, and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and varied. The spa and pool area were a true retreat calm, spotless, and beautifully designed. There were plenty of loungers, the water was perfect, and the whole space felt relaxing and well maintained. The staff were always nearby, making sure guests had everything they needed. I felt truly cared for and will definitely return!

Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything went smoothly and we felt really well taken care of.

The hotel overall and its facilities are amazing! Further away from Prishtina which is great if you're traveling by car. Breakfast food was delicious, so was the food at the 5th floor restaurant. The room was big and comfortable, mattress and pillows as well. Gas station, ATM, even burger king right in front. Spa center is one of the best I've seen, many massage options as well. Staff was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Would love to come back!

Many mirrors in the room but little/weird lighting, no good way to do makeup. The amount of children yelling, running, jumping in pools and jacuzzis in the spa made it hard to relax. As a 5* expensive hotel, they should reinforce rules for minors more rigorously and ensure a calm and quiet environment.

Friendly Staff who could converse in English. Spa was outstanding and use of saunas, hot tubs, pool, salt rooms etc were included in hotel price, but unfortunately the indoor pool was closed for cleaning for two days of our stay. The outside pools were amazing but unfortunately they were closed for the winter? Shame we did not know this before hand. Wide breakfast selection from fruits through cold meats to cooked omelettes and sausages catered for all. 5th Floor restaurant served good quality food at a very reasonable price would advise booking to reserve a table for the time you want.. There was a large lounge area supported by a 24 hour bar where you could also order food. Taxi rides from airport took @ 30 mins and cost 25 euro. Taxis into Prishtina center were 15 mins and cost @ 10 euro, all booked through the hotel staff. Traffic can get very busy at peak times, however there are lots of friendly bars in the town center when you eventually get there.

Outside pools closed for season week before we arrived. Indoor pool closed for several days during our stay.

Spa area is fantastic. Quiet and many different options of saunas and pools. There’s also massage services available, I had one hour oil massage (Thai-therapist) and was amazing! You can enter to the outdoor pool straight from the spa area for sunbathing and drinks by the pool. Food was tasty but I only tried Caesar salad and steak sandwich. They also have ok gym in the spa area, was good extra! Breakfast was quite good 👍

Nothing really but small things they could improve: The pool is super crowded during weekends. Hard to find available sun beds. Water prices on the pool are such a ripoff. 5€ for 1L. 2,5€ for 0,33L. Hotel room was clean but had a tiny smell of tobacco. They don’t have any rooms without carpet (allergy friendly).

A modern hotel with nice big spa, indoors swimming pool and large outdoors swimming pool, tasty breakfast with variety of options, huge conference centre, a few kilometres from Pristina’s centre

The only not nice thing is the surroundings (close to the motorway in an area with big stores out of the city). I had rented a car, so access was possible. Without a car this place is not recommended

I have now stayed in this hotel over 6 times in the last 2 years. The attention to detail, spotlessly clean, abundance of facilities especially the spa. The breakfast is beyond imagination. Friendly and professional staff make you feel like your coming home and absolutely both is too much trouble. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and the Owners and managers should be exceptionally proud of their team. Can’t wait to go back soon 😀

Loved having so many spa facilities available to me to relax in. Loved that the gym had a lot of different equipment. Breakfast included was a great perk. Loved the welcoming atmosphere and welcome drink when we arrived. Food at the restaurant was also great. We didn't have to leave the facility for anything!

I wish that the AC unit worked a little better. It was a little warmer in the room that I like. Also wish that the Turkish baths and hot tubs were warmer.

Great hotel with an international client base. Lovely room, excellent spa facilities and a very comprehensive buffet breakfast selection... amongst the best breakfast selection I have seen in this part of the world. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing to note... we ate in the restaurant which was nice, but nothing special and did not have a massive selection of dishes. Staff were however very friendly.

Clean Spacious Incredible Spa and fitness area Breakfast is incredible Staff professionals and friendly Nothings too much trouble I have stayed here 3 times this year and many times before as the service and quality is second to none. It feels like going home, always made to feel so welcome.

It's my third time in Emerald and not the last. Love the receptionists the breakfast staff and the room and spa, pool, gym.

The smell of smoke in the lobby. The smoking area stinks all the way in the lobby. The pool service is too slow. They are nice but felt invisible 2 times 45 min.
