I was there for a multi day business conference, that was held in the Pristina City Center. So, not having been to Kosovo before, the location was ideal. It was pretty much a short walk to restaurants and local highlights, specifically Mother Theresa Boulevard and Cathedral.

There wasn’t really much not to like, though much of my time, from early morning to evening was spent at the conference and then post in the evening with other conference attendees. So much of my time was spent sleeping and waking for the next following days. Perhaps vending machines for late night munchies could be a thought.

What a lovely hotel, big room with sofa. bathroom was clean, big shower - no showergel, but had shampoo. location was great - across the road from main pedestrian street. Staff were very nice and helpful. TV worked. it was close to Jashar Pasha Mosque. breakfast was standard buffet, lots to choose from - but only tomatoes and cucumber for vegans. Good wi-fi. Our loo was broken but was fix later in the day - very quickly.

Selected a deluxe double room. It was a very large room with separate seating area and a small balcony. Tastefully furnished, and very clean. Spacious bathroom, also meticulously clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Enough choice for my taste, and good coffee. The location was perfect for our purpose, right in the city center.

A kettle in the room would have raised my rating. I knew it was not provided and brought my own. The reading lights next to the bed were not strong and close enough for me to read by. Minor inconvenience.

The staff is really friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Our rooms were ready even though we arrived at 11 a.m. The staff was extremely helpful, organising taxis and giving us directions, etc. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice between hot and cold and sweet and savoury. It was excellent value for money.

Location and Mr Althin ! Always smiling and ready to help. Need a taxi , a pick up a drop etc. Want to get a haircut , need stamps etc etc he always had a solution.

The staff was very helpful and polite, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location is great, as it is close to the city centre. I enjoyed a quiet room, although it could be due to my sleeping habits, as I barely noticed the muezzin singing at dawn :)

I found the breakfast to be quite monotonous, lacking variety. The internet was occasionally unstable. It would have been convenient to have a shelf in the bathroom.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. It has 24 hour reception. The bed was firm and comfortable. The hotel was clean. The air-conditioning worked well.

The room we were in was basic and needed a revamp. I wasn't happy to be charged extra for our second cup of coffee at breakfast. I'm unsure how this is a 4 star hotel.

Central location between the Mother Theresa Blvd and old Pristina. Decent breakfast buffet and good coffee for request. It is not the 4* hotel as advertised, but all in all nothing to complain about.

Staff were happy to help with anything. They assisted with booking taxis.

Loose cables from the ceiling in the bathroom. Sink faucet was a bit loose.
