The breakfast was OK, though the fried eggs were cold. No breakfast tea was available. The hotel is modern and just a few minutes walk from the bus station.....indeed, you can see the Hotel Nartel neon sign as you alight your bus, and then it's an easy walk to get to the hotel. The receptionist was a very helpful and pleasant gentleman.

While I knew this in advance, the hotel is some distance from the old town, which I understand is the most interesting part of Pristina. As I only arrived at 5pm and was leaving again at 8.30am the following morning, and it was raining, I didn't really explore the city, which was a shame. So, if you want to see nicer parts of the city, probably stay elsewhere.

My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the main dining room was nice if a bit basic. Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and know their city. Hotel is easy walking distance to the Stationi bus station.

I haven't slept on rubber sheets since I was 3. Not sure why the mattress was covered in plastic. On a map, the hotel seemed distant from the Old Town. Connecting on some walking paths through a residential neighbourhood, it wasn't far at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were kind and professional making the experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, with excellent quality and taste. On top of that, the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience at a reasonable price.

The noise levels from the nearby building place were quite high.

Handy to the Main bus station. Very modern with the right facilities, a supermarket across the road, and a super buffet breakfast.

Eventually, this area will be very upmarket. A hive of activity zone around it, with many new projects under construction. It is a good ten minute taxi ride to the main pedestrian square, and promenade, for the restaurants, bars, and tourist places of Interest.

The hotel was nice and cosy. Hotel rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was always fresh and the choice of food was large. The nearby public gym, included in price, was clean with just right amount of machines and weights.

My room was on top of the bar so I could hear music until late hours. The room could be a bit cleaner; I mean it was clean as it can be, but you can see wear and tear. The breakfast, although good, was always the same.

High quality hotel with fantastic and helpful staff. The location is 5 minutes from the bus station which is very convenient (although about 20 minutes to city centre). Rooms are spacy, nice supermarket is nearby. Great gym is included in the price which is a really nice add-on.

A kettle in the room would be nice. I guess that's the only thing I missed.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were very helpful. The room had free water and a mini bar. Towels and toiletries were also provided. I got upgraded to a bigger room which was very kind. The breakfast was delicious. I was able to arrange a taxi pick up from the airport via the reception desk which was very helpful.

Nothing. It's just worth noting that the hotel is not very central (but it is very close to the bus station).

I liked it how it immersed looked clean as soon as u walk in. It looks super luxurious and super clean . I went here with my friends and boyfriend .

Everything that was there. Great hotel in great location for us since we were travelling by bus. Great choice for breakfast, supermarket opposite, very clean, modern hotel. Great staff.

What was missing, no kettle in room, perhaps you should make a request when booking. No nearby ATM.

It is dependent on what your visit propouse the location will make the difference. You need to get a taxi from the hotel to the city centre, but it is not expensive, but from the point of view of the location to the bus station just more than perfect.
