The location was safe and convenient for travel into the city centre, the staff at the front desk were all extremely friendly and accommodating - my flight arrived early during the day and Valjeta was very helpful in trying to arrange an early check in for me (thank you so much!). The room was clean and spacious (would definitely recommend deluxe room as it provided that extra space for comfort). I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again! The restaurant, Bagolina, also had some of the best traditional Albanian food for those wanting to try something from Kosova’s culture.

One of the most amazing people, big smile always pushing the extra edge to make sure you got a wonderful experience, amazing facilities, beautiful rooms, Herolind one of the best guys big thumbs up for always delivering and providing the best service possible.

Excellent service, perfect location, friendly and attentive staff especially Eda and Herolind at the reception. Beds are so comfortable, pillows are perfect. The location is fabulous for seeing the sights of Pristina. Highly recommend the hotel, I hope to come back one day!

Breakfast

The breakfast wasn't so good!

The hotel looks very nice and close enough to the city center. Good value for the money I paid. Some of the people there are very nice and speak almost perfect English which is helpful in a foreign country.

The thing I disliked the most was the breakfast area because after sitting there for 30 minutes all of my clothes were smelling like food. That is because the kitchen is an open area in the restaurant. They have some installation to prevent this but doesn't really work in the breakfast area (which is a small part of the restaurant inside the hotel). I had dinner in the same restaurant but that didn't happen. Maybe because I was not that close to one of the kitchen area. The breakfast was ok but I wouldn't say it's a five star breakfast.

Comfortable bed, nice room, nice staff

The hotel is good, and I can say it could be rated as a five-star. I read previous guests' reviews and understood their concerns about privacy in the bathroom because the door and walls are made of glass! Its location is about a 20-minute walk from the old tourist center of Pristina, so it's fairly well located. The breakfast is more than wonderful, and the staff are good, polite, and helpful. A note: I don't know where the disco is located, maybe on the 21st floor, but we could hear the music even on the 15th floor!

Excellent location and service. The hotel amenities such as the valet parking, laundry service and breakfast at the downstairs restaurant helped a lot. Housekeeping cleaned our room very well and always replaced the toiletries such as the soaps, bathrobes, slippers, shampoos etc.

Breakfast didn’t have enough options and the spa facilities were not ready yet. The room was smaller than I expected but it was still very nice. Also, there was not enough closet space which would not be suitable for a longer stay.
