Quiet, clean, friendly location. We were in southern Nevada to attend an air show at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, about 45 miles from this motel's location. We much prefer the extra drive than staying in the congested, high price areas of Las Vegas. Additionally, this location is very close to Valley of Fire State Park, which is always worth visiting, as well as close to the north shore of Lake Mead for people who are into water sports.

I can't think of anything that could have been better.

The Lady on Reception was very kind and gave us many recommendations and information. The Room was very clean and well equipped.

The breakfast was fine but the lady who was responsible their where not really interested in here job. She was privately phoning and it was not possible to ask her something. After that she was more looking on her phone instead of cleaning up the table after guests have left. What is also is not good that no reusable tableware is used that’s not sustainable, it will be better to change this the planet will collapse with this amount of plastic.

The rooms was spacious, clean, location is great very close to the valley of fire, but the breakfast were poor, not a standard we are used to in Europe

This hotel provides great value for your money. The rooms are clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Checkout is 10:00 a.m. and you are charged by the hour after that. The downside is that this hotel is in dire need of some upkeep. The sofa in the lobby area is worn and bare in spots (see picture). Our bathtub was dinged up in places, and the workmanship on the patch job was poor. The tub needed to be replaced. It looks like the hotel is just not investing in upkeep like they should. Lastly, I have a pretty low expectation of what to expect from the free breakfast, but the eggs, waffles, and sausage simply were not good at all. Would I stay here again? You betcha. They charge a fair price, I felt safe, and our room was clean.

The parking lot was huge with a lot of free spaces to park. The entrance hall was feeling in a positive welcoming way. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfy, what was strange for us from Europe was, that, the sink was in the room and not in the bathroom, there was a coffee machine, tv screen was nice, the room had A/C, the view was hidden behind the bushes from our room. But we slept well which is the most important thing :) Breakfast was nice, with a lot of choices. The main plus is that it's very near to the Lost City Museum and then to Valley of Fire State Park! The price was very low for the night so it's worth it.

Booked this location because it seemed to be within good distance from Valley of Fire State Park. We were originally staying on the Las Vegas Strip, but I wanted a early start to the day given the high temperature happens fast here in June so this was the perfect choice for us. Staff are so nice, facility clean, room comfy, has fridge/microwave, breakfast on-time and good selection of options, free parking/wifi, laundry machines, and there is a pool but we didn't try because there were maybe 2 other parties occupying it and didn't feel like packing in like that -- but it looked clean. And really appreciated that they were able to accommodate request for a later morning check-out time because we were heading over to the state park after breakfast and it gave us sufficient time to go early, yet still come back and clean up before officially checking out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to Valley of Fire State Park (about 20 min drive away).

I usually would state what I don't like, but there really is nothing I can think of here! The 7am breakfast start time is fair, but if I'm going to offer any suggestion it would be that a 6:30am start time is also nice especially for those wanting to head over the the Valley of Fire State Park extra extra early :)

This is a very nice small hotel in the area of Valley of Fire State Park (which should definitely not be missed!). We stayed two nights. The breakfast was quite good, with warm and cold entrees. There was free on-site parking and the breakfast was included. We didn't see much of the staff, but the interactions we had were very helpful. There is a Mexican restaurant across the street with a really good array of Mexican foods, sushi (!), and beer (not on tap). The coffee shop next door was good, but the wait was unconscionably long (20 minutes for a latte!) so I didn't return the next day. All in all, a very nice stay.

At your bill they ad 13 dollar lodging tax and 18 dollar service fee. So the price per night goes up with 31 dollar. 😡

Location - it's the ONLY place to stay in the Moapa Valley; literally. The next nearest Motel is 30 minutes away. Breakfast - scrambled eggs, french toast, sausages, cereals; what more could you ask of a complimentary breakfast. Coffee - free fresh brewed coffee All Day.

Price - $165 a night (plus taxes, etc) is crazy expensive for a basic Motel room. The Pool - I realize there isn't a whole lot they can do about it, but the pool is the size of a decent jacuzzi. Which is really sad when you consider the place is so sunny and hot that a nice pool should be a priority.

We stayed in a one bedroom with 2 queen beds for a total of 2 nights to visit the Valley of Fire State Park. We were surprised to see how spacious the room was. The AC unit was quite quiet and worked well, better than in other more costly hotels we had stayed. The property was well kept, and the staff was very friendly. They worked hard to make us feel welcome while serving a simple, but hot breakfast

The faucet of the bathroom vanity leaked a bit. Water did not completely drain out of the bathtub when taking shower.
