My son had opening ceremony for football so me and a bunch of moms decided to get rooms there the beds were nice it was super clean hallways were clean it was a nice hotel

Only thing i didnt like was one mom didn't get her deposit back she had to call which I looked on my bank statement and haven't received mine either and I also didn't like how the tv channels didnt work. So instead of having streaming channels it was basic which wad fine but they also didn't give us a tv guide. Not that bug of a deal but still kinda wad because my son who's 4 with autism lost his mind for a good 2 hours. So next time tv guide please

Liked the southwest touches of design in the lobby. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and professional. He was right about the restaurant. Their chef is excellent! Cocktails great. We were weary travelers who appreciated it.

The hotel wasn’t quite finished updating. So our room was a little lacking. No full length mirror and the bedspread was a little short for the bed. Kinda no frills. No pictures on the wall yet. And the workers were right outside our window. We’d stay again though!!!

It was clean and newly refinished. There was a nice gym, a game room, kid room, pool, and basketball court. The breakfast was shockingly good! Way better than your typical hotel breakfast. They had lots of options to choose from and everything rated very fresh. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This place exceeded our expectations!

The air conditioning was a little inconsistent so the temp in the room varied a lot throughout the night.

The breakfast was delicious. Everyone had something to eat the liked. The amenities and hotel are kid friendly we are from vegas and love to find places without casinos we can be comfortable with our kids.

The lobby did have a smell when you first walked in as workers were trying to still do some renovations but it wasn't bad in the rooms just when you walk in.

The facility was amazing! Beautiful and cozy. We were very impressed. This hotel would be really good for conventions. There is a top-of-the-line workout room which we really enjoyed. All the amenities. Another room has Xbox, mini-basketball and air hockey. There is a nice gift shop. We really loved staying here!

We unfortunately found the bed pillows uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel manager Gary was outstanding. He went above and beyond to take care of us when booking.com told us we had breakfast included but that only included my wife and I. He even made gourmet bagel French toast treats for my son who just turned 17. Gary is a man who cares about the guests staying at his Hotel.

The beds were so comfy and looked so nice and clean. The bathroom was properly stocked. They had good amenities. Their room and beds were good sizes. The restaurant was top quality. The game room was one of the best rooms there and same with the kids' play room.

That breakfast wasn't included with our stay, and had to pay $10 a person.

Breakfast was so good but the coffee ☕️ wasn't starbucks. Pleasant stay as usual.

We enjoyed the courtyard room, but the pool was closed for service, and I wanted to sit in the hot tub. The outside was wet so the red dirt was wet and took maneuvering to get to the car.

All staff were authentically pleasant, friendly, and helpful! Room was comfortable, very clear, and well maintained.

Our room was next to the housekeeping bay, so at least two carts were noisily stored after 11 pm, which woke up one of our party.

The room was great. Very, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Their restaurant was terrific. The waiters were so nice and informative. The food is excellent and the breakfast had many delicious choices.
