The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. The weather was amazing so we were able to take advantage of the pool as well. There is a decent sized fridge in the room, which allowed us to keep cold drinks available and store some healthy snacks.

There were definitely signs of wear and tear in the unit we stayed in. The wallpaper was coming off in an upper corner and the inside if the bathroom door was damaged. There also is only a tiny shelf for soap in the shower, it would be nice to have a larger shelf so our toiletries could be placed somewhere other than the shower floor.

I stayed in a corner unit with a view of the courtyard and was able to open both windows and enjoy a slight breeze. There was a little one-cup coffee maker and a good-sized fridge in the unit so I was able to have coffee without leaving the room and store snacks and leftovers. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. I was greeted every time I entered the lobby area.

My stay was wonderful however, there was only a small shelf in the shower that it was big enough for the soap and nothing else. It would have been nice to be able to place my toiletries somewhere other than the shower floor.

Loved the room we stayed in. It was comfortable feeling, large room. The hotel in general was beautiful and I wish I could have stayed a little longer to enjoy some of the amenities.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. I think that resort hotels should offer two soft pillows and two firm on each bed. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress could be replaced. The casino was so smokey, I realize it is a casino but the non smoking section was as big as a cracker box. We had the buffet at the casino, on a Monday night and it was not good. We should have ordered off the menu. It was unkept dirty. When I stay at a resort, I do expect quality food. I will stay again however; and make better choices.

I like the location and how you can walk from one casino to another, and the staff was really nice the rooms were really clean. I like the big screen TV.

We stayed there for two days and there was a horrible smell and my husband and I couldn't find out where the smell was coming from. I found out that it was the sink.

Much better than my last stay, which was terrible. Decided to give it another try since it is most convenient to my work needs. Although I did not get a smoking room, Omar did upgrade me to a room with a patio so I could smoke outside. Great customer service, like it usually is. Maybe my last stay was a fluke. This stay was what I am used to receiving at this property when I stay monthly.

Not much that I can think of. The rooms and property definitely need some updating and repairs. Starting to get shabby without routine repairs and maintenance.

I liked that to room was nicer than virgin river. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Stay at Eureka was great no issues at this time. Only problem I would say is value is kind of high. $500 dollars for a 3 star hotel on a weekend is high. Staff was friendly and room needs remodel. But overall experience was good. Also didnt like that the casino is away from the hotel. Walk is short but still separate. Does not give casino hotel vibes.

The bathroom was very clean and had a lovely shower. The pool was fabulous and there were two great hot tubs. Housekeeping was also very friendly, and it was in a great location close to many restaurants and shops.

The only thing that I could say I wish was better was one person working the front desk. They were a bit rude when we asked for additional blankets, but that’s about it. Not exactly mean, but a tad judgmental.

I choose this location because it is halfway between Las Vegas and Zion Park. Since I landed in Vegas late in the evening, I was able to spend a night in Mesquite and reach early in the day the National Park. Although the hotel is a bit old style, the room was huge and the beds very comfortable! The shower was elder friendly, with a place to sit on one side and the place to stand on the other side (to note, I am not an elder myself, but I did enjoyed the shower too). The gardens on the back were really nicely decorated and also had a ping pong table made of stone. The Casino is just on the other side of the hotel at walking distance!

The room did not had a mini-fridge to cool down drinks or food. Since I traveled during Christmas time, the temperature at night were cold, so I just left my cheese and ham slices in the car, however this would not be possible during summer/hotter time. The room had plenty of space to accomodate a mini-fridge!

Beds hard pillows really hard in room 221 the bathroom sink was VERY slow draining needs to be cleaned GROSS Eureka has been always been our first choice when traveling through Mesquite but I might try one of the other hotels

I appreciated the early check-in option when it was 104 outside. The room was clean, spacious, well-lighted. I appreciated that the hotel and casino were separate buildings, although only a short walk: this made for a quieter, port peaceful stay.
