Location & beds are comfortable. Also serves a good breakfast.

The sink by the door is obviously not used much & it stunk the room up. We had to run water for a bit (which we don’t like cuz it’s wasteful). & spray air freshener through the room. Chips were on the floor on the backside of the bed so housekeeping needs to do a little better at checking to make sure everything has been cleaned properly. Most of the time we stay here it’s been clean as well as smell fine so I don’t know if it was just the suite we were in but it wasn’t my favorite time.

The breakfast was good with both waffles, hard boiled eggs, muffins, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. But the best part was two of the shuttle drivers that were so personable to make travel suggestions. They helped us make some good sightseeing choices and genuinely cared about helping us with luggage,etc!

I have never been asked to make a shuttle reservation 24 hrs in advance. I believe this is to make sure there is a driver available to pick up a passenger from the airport. Perhaps this should be mentioned under free shuttle pickup from the airport

My flight was delayed by 12 hours and I missed my check in. Cora at the front desk was amazing to manage my stress and handle my case. She ensured that I got in, sent a free shuttle to pick me up at the airport, then gave me a room with a late check out so I could sleep and shower. Great customer service. The shuttle driver was amazing too. He gave me the history of St George and made sure to make me feel welcomed in the town.

I booked online and didn’t get any Hilton points as a member. If I book online through another company I should be able to earn Hilton points as a member because I could have stayed anywhere. Hilton members should get the best price offered so we don’t have to book through other places. I booked a package.

Exceptionally clean, quiet room with modern amenities. We booked a king studio suite which was perfect for our stay. Love the kitchenette and the attention to detail of the room down to the strategically placed nightlights! Staff is extremely friendly and love the ability to enter your room with your phone!

Air/heating units are a little loud…aside from that no complaints! :)

Cozy room, not very big, but enough to stay one night. Clean bed linen, enough towels. There is a small refrigerator. Beautiful view of the mountains from the window. Large parking. The hotel has an indoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, but we didn't use them.

Very poor and tasteless breakfast. No choice. In addition, I would like a couple of bottles of water in the room as a compliment from the hotel, because the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and there are no restaurants or shops nearby. The soundproofing in the room is not very good - you could hear coughing from the next room all night.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Loby was nice, and the breakfast was good. The outdoor hot tub was huge and clean, the hot tub area was comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. Such an amazing hotel for the price. It was also very quiet and had comfortable beds.

The hot tub was really hot! Considering the weather outside was over a hundred, water could have been a little cooler.

This Hampton Inn was a delightful surprise. We just booked it for a quick overnight stay in St George on our way to Park City. The rooms were brand new and extremely spacious and beautifully laid out, not your standard hotel room. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, and everything was immaculate. And the staff was lovely. Britta at the front desk even gave us a terrific recommendation for a late dinner - one of the best steaks ever for a very reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again.

Upon checking in from a long drive Tarra the receptionist welcomed my family with a smile. Than she went ahead and checked me in. While checking in I was having a heavy severe headache. She offered and help with Tylenol. After taking it, went to my room, 15min later I felt so much better and slept good for the entire night without any problems. Also on check out the lady on shift too was very helpful. Everything meet at one point and it incorporates to one reason, which is the hotel stay. Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites. Appreciate it. We always come to Saint George but I never think of here. I just think that it is not for me and my family it’s too high end advanced. But came to find it is the best.

Nothing. Everything is fine

Friendly staff. Facilities in good repair. Liked the step-in shower. Breakfast was acceptable. Water from bathroom sink had an off putting funky smell that was not noticeable in the shower.
