My husband has a very bad back. The property was very accessible and met all his needs The staff was exceptional! So friendly and accommodating. Super friendly. Rooms were roomy and well equipped. We have stayed here before and were happy to come back. We plan on using it again in the future when we visit our family in the area. The person at the desk even called me before we left the area because we had left a pillow.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast was cold and often missing ( no coffee, no English muffins, juice just water, waffle mix empty ) during week. Gentleman on weekend was amazing everything was hot, filled, cleaned tables and floors when breakfast was finished- excellent worker!!! Pleasant as well.

Pillows were not shaped- need some form to them, support. Liked the business center off dining area to chill and patio area

Friendly staff at check-in Quick and easy check-in process can be done prior to arriving at hotel. Great breakfast bagels, English muffins, yogurt, waffles, bacon, sausage eggs, and fresh fruits. As well as orange, apple, and cranberry juice. Great shower products and fresh and clean towels. Clean room and big enough for my family. Air conditioning works phenomenally. Pool and hot tub were both perfect

All staff was very pleasant and helpful our entire 6 days we were there. The accommodations were fantastic as was breakfast every morning. It was so quiet, we didn't hear any noise in the halls which was so relaxing and laundry facilities on-site was super helpful.

I cant think of a single thing that was disappointing.

I liked the Lady who checked at us in at 1pm with a smile..The night frondesks was friendly All the way thru the checkout lady at front desk..

The Breakfast Lady needs a lot of customer service Training the way she treated us like a breakfast police She question me why I took some bananas..Which made me un welcomed..

Very, very nice place to stay! I had initially booked another hotel in the area but it was filthy! I immediately went on Booking and found this hotel and it was just lovely! Very clean, huge room with everything you need. The check in young lady was very, very nice! It was a wonderful stay especially since the first one I checked into was disgusting! Thank you!!

We have stayed at this location before. We LOVED the front desk worker on Saturday. Her customer service skills are excellent and she’s a hard worker. We liked how quiet the location is and the breakfast was really good!

The bathroom, especially the door, needed to be wiped down. Everything else looked good.

Nice hotel, seems really new. Staff very friendly. Location is good with restaurants nearby and easy on/off for freeway. Breakfast was good, had a pretty good selection but the eggs and potatoes seemed dried out. Room was very large and bed comfy.

The room as quiet and spacious. Even the 2 queen size beds is a nice option to have, but we don't use but one of them.

Thinking of a more green trend, it would be nice not to see those little plastic samples of body shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. A better idea would be to put dispensers inside the bathtub/shower area that can be refilled. Although it is a nice gesture, all of us need to think of a more green approach.

I always have a good experience with this hotel. It is clean and has good facilities.

I have had problems with charges being billed to the wrong credit cards on several occasions. Takes some effort/time/phone calls to get those issues resolved.
