It was easy to book a room, the room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast, just grabbed a coffee before we hit the road again.

I was satisfied with everything

The rooms were comfy and spacious, as well as clean. Facilities in the room were good, I had everything I needed. Ample parking space which was free. Good for a short stay.

Breakfast wasn't great. The variety was small, I just had some toast. Would be nice if there were more choice. The breakfast area was small but suficient.

Bill was exceptionally sweet and helpful. I arrived pretty late in the afternoon and he suggested a lot of things I could do even though it was already too late to drive to the Zion Nationalpark. The room was very clean and cool, the AC was not too loud (I have had a lot of problems with sleeping in other motels due to the loud AC). Of course the room is pretty simple but it had everything I needed. It was clean, it even had a desk which I loved, a fridge (which unfortunately wasn't clean but I didn't mind that much) a shower, enough towels and even a big mirror. Wifi was also working. I don't know if I maybe was just especially tired but I thought the bed was extremely comfortable. Huge plus: the pool was open! :) The breakfast was okay. It was actually exactly how I expected it to be.

It's still a bit far to Zion (aprox. 1h drive). The biggest downside for me: it's very poorly soundproofed. Between the two rooms was just a door. I'm not very demanding since I'm used to noises, but there were three young men in the room next to me and I could hear almost every word they said. I couldn't sleep at first because of it, then they went out. When they came back in the night I woke up again... I'm not a light sleeper though. Of course they also were especially loud. But if the room would have been better soundproofed it wouldn't have bothered me so much.

Room was very well-equipped and extremely quiet. I didn't stay for breakfast since it began at 0700 and I wanted to get an early start. I had a bit of difficulty working the remote on the TV and the staff responded immediately and clued me in.

An earlier breakfast at 0600 or 0630 would have been nice. But I made my own coffee and brought other items with me, so it was not a great inconvenience.

Great location, nice atmosphere. Pleasant, helpful front desk management. Nice breakfast cafe in lobby, and clean swim area. Nice atmosphere. Rooms clean and well-done without wear-and-tear, except for noisy/worn upstairs floorboards.

Extremely noisy worn floorboards upstairs. Much sympathy for downstairs to be the upstairs occupants. For, convention quality / long-distance traveler rooms requiring quiet sleep accommodations, sympathetically disappointing.

we have stayed there before and every thing is what we expected. The room had 2 tv's for our use, we would request that room again.

The breakfast is what we expected, I know that they don't have the space, but I really like it when we can cook a waffles for our breakfast. Just because they don't offer waffles wouldn't stop us from coming again.

Upstairs floorboards eventually require thicker, more sturdy renovation. Sorry, extremely noisy floors. Much sympathy for downstairs to be upstairs occupants.

Room was great!!!! Perfect location too. Breakfast could use some help. Maybe a waffle maker, sausage, eggs... I can't eat glutten so we werent able to eat there.

Loved the space in our room and super clean. We will be going again.

Breakfast, convenience of first floor room to parking, frig and microwave, towels changed each day

towels could be thicker and fluffier, and although they were changed each day, it was inconsistent how many would be left.
