The rooms are very good. The staff are very helpful. But when I came to the office to extend my stay. I think is the manager the man that was therevsay your hotel don't do that but go on line an book for another 2 days. That was kind a hard cause I was very busy. But I try so my disability son try to come there at the office to extend he's stay then the lady say yes and charged hundred something I forgot. But it was ok

Who ever work at the time of the quest stay and ask to extend they shoul just help right away. from driving 14miles I was so tire and try to get my card work. The lady that was dealing with my reservation was kind a mean and act like I'm stupid or something. In tge office be nice to people.

The property is very close to downtown St George I work in ancestor square and I’m in between places at the moment have been here for about a week and the staff and management are super friendly and helpful, especially the male that works in the office!!

Nothing to complain about

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was fun to play in with the kids. The property is well taken care of and they have a laundry room for guests, as well as snacks and drinks at the front desk for a very low price. And a decent complementary breakfast with the low price you pay per night. I was surprised it was rated a one star hotel. I feel like it's definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in, in St. George

That they are rated so low. I feel like it's at least a 3 star if not more

Great value . Nothing fancy. Wonderful location. Friendly staff. Easy access. I would stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights never saw milk in the breakfast area. Breakfast was muffin , dry ceral, coffee, Sunny delight. But price was fantastic and staff very helpful.

The room was extremely clean. Keeping in mind, this is not the Hilton. The room was large, they offered free wifi, room fridge and microwave. It was conveniently located in downtown. A/C worked well. Also, had a pull out couch.

The room is old, but freshened. The bathtub had some chips, faucets were worn from being cleaned so much. Pillows were flat.

The location was really close to the freeway.

When showering every minute or so, the water would come out too hot or too cold for about 5 seconds. It wasn't constantly how I regulated the water.

I would have been happier if three cars with Confederate Flags weren't driving up and down St George Blvd honking throughout the evening. I had an open mind about St George not living down to the reputation I had heard about... not so sure now. But that has nothing to do with the accommodation.

The price and location were great!

Smoke detector was unattached and wrapped in a plastic bag as if someone was smoking in the room prior to us checking in.

He did get the tv operational when i called front desk. Close location to town square. Front desk cooperative when checking out a day earler than expected.

Check-in staff did not mention anything about breakfast, if there was any. There were no complimentary toiletries. No soap, shampoo
