Breakfast here is pretty awesome & we’re always full after. Scrambled eggs & sausage are great for me as a person w/Celiacs Disease, I bring my own bagels to toast. My husband loves the Belgian Waffle maker. There’s various cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal packets, milk, bagels, cream cheese, orange & apple juice or coffee. PS Remember to set your alarm on your phone to wake for breakfast bc by 9:30am it’s Done! Don’t miss out by over sleeping. I get up to eat & return to bed for another hour & half of sleep b4 I get up for my day. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are good sized in the 2 Queen, desk, w/a microwave & decent sized mini fridge. Be Sure To Turn Up The Cold Setting In Fridge if you want to use the freezer, bc it’s always set on Lowest cool. We had a glitch w/our car & stayed longer than expected but they were great about our staying in the same room & getting my meds being Fed Ex’ed. We definitely recommend staying here for any reason.

The only thing that wasn’t great was that 2 of the the jacuzzi spots were blown out making it impossible to sit in front of. They just need to be adjusted or replaced. It’s a large jacuzzi but usually full of people on weekend nights so it’d be nice if those were fixed so people don’t have to sit too close to each other. Other than that the property is pristine & the staff are very nice. Please treat them well bc they’re willing to help w/patience. Kindness goes a long way here😊

Everything. We have stayed here a few times in the last three or four years. We pull the car in by the front door and get the luggage cart. They have always given us a room on the first floor in the same area. We love eating at Zupas restaurant, located just across the parking lot. But this time it was Sunday and they were not open. There are other restaurants nearby. Breakfasts at Ramada are very good. Location right off the freeway is very convenient.

I hate walking into a bedroom where the bed is covered with a pile of pillows.. I hope this fad falls out of favor soon. It's difficult to find a place to put a bunch of pillows. My husband needs one bed and one pillow; I don't need any pillows because I bring my own from home so that I don't have to experience different kinds of pillows every night in motels. A queen room with 2 queen beds would need a maximum of four pillows. If any guests want to use more than one pillow, they can ask for them.

This has been our go to place for years. We love the location, the pool, the breakfast, the staff and the rooms. I think the only year we didn't stay here was the year the parking lot sunk. We love it and we'll keep coming back.

On Saturday we went to the dining room at 9:35 am for just coffee. I mistakenly thought they served until 10:00 am but we were quickly told more than once that it ended and nothing was available. That's fine. It was our mistake but the staff was a little rude about it. Not even telling us that we could get coffee in the lobby. But that's okay.

The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant. The breakfast was surprisingly good, I quite liked the waffle maker and toaster in particular. The AC was awesome and the bed was very comfortable as well.

The bathroom could use some improvements. The main one being that an exhaust fan is always appreciated and not just for humidity control (traveling is notoriously disruptive to most folks' gut biomes). Also, this appears to be purely cosmetic but the bathroom controls/handle(?) were in rough shape and seemed rather dodgy upon using it.

For an older motel there were little amenities that were noticed such as the cold water in the lobby at all times, towels and water in the workout space, bigger bath towels. Plenty of seating for breakfast. Very quiet room even when a high school track team checked in. Easy check in and checkout Daily room service was excellent! Great location for eating and shopping and to the conference venue

Tough (microwaved?) eggs at breakfast. Room amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) were extremely basic. Not really a dislike considering the value received for the whole stay.

BREAKFAST: GERMAN was very nice to everyone, he make sure everything was ready hot or warm for all the guests. They were including myself a large number of Athletes in the hotel and early breakfast was important on every day on time. GERMAN every morning was greeting everyone with a smile. He make sure we were all ok. Excellent people skills as you need them to make sure the guest will come back to the RAMADA. ROOM: my room was a king-size bed, a large room with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator just perfect for my stay. The air conditioner was working very well and the TV as well. FRONT OFFICE: Mr. Darren Matherson and Parker are very important here since they are the first people they see and talk to you about your room etc. They also smile and give you a warm welcome and give you the key. They help you if you have questions as they help me, with places to go. I liked very much how you have candy, chocolate, and water for the guest. Later they have cookies I think that the small things, details, are what make us come back to the RAMADA. I loved that since we were almost all seniors the hotel was all quiet at night. Location: I had no problem. If I come again to the Hunstman Senior Games I will stayed here again!

I was amazed how well the property was kept. Walking into the lobby felt like walking into a luxury hotel. For the price we were extremely impressed. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable, if not amazing. The parking was also wide and plentiful, and the access to the hotel was very convenient.

We didn't have a chance to have breakfast, but we were okay with that. We liked that it was quiet enough to go to sleep easily. Our room was handicapped which made it shower accessible for us. We also liked that it had a fridge, microwave, and TV. All around, a nice experience. 👍

The stay was nice and the staff were accommodating. There was nothing that we didn't like about it.

The housekeeping staff are the best. They work hard and do a meticulous job. The foyer, breakfast room floors and public restroom are kept very clean and tidy. The pool area is lovely. Nice breakfast area.

It's an older hotel and some things are a little worn. We had asked when we reserved for a room close to the elevator as my husband uses a cane. We were told there were no close rooms and had the room FURTHEST from the elevator and that was disappointing.

Location right off I15 and smack in the middle of a commercial area for gas, meals and other necessities. Reception team very friendly and gave excellent meal recommendations-especially as we arrived later in the day and didn’t realise so many restaurants are closed on Sundays or by 8pm.

Hotel could use an update in decor.
