This place was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving, easy checkin, clean room, and comfy beds. The location is great, close to restaurants and hikes. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night. Great value for the price, and the staff was genuinely helpful- i even got a discount card to a nearby restaurant. Would definitely stay again the next time we’re passing through

Great hotel for the price. I don't expect luxury from a budget hotel, this hotel was great for the price. I appreciate that they didn't charge extra for a pet, and they had dedicated pet rooms on the first floor near the exit, great for going in and out with my dog. There wasn't a lot of grassy space for a pet, but there at least was a small strip of grass next to the sidewalk for walking the dog. Room was reasonably clean.

Not the most comfortable bed, but it was fine .

It was nice and very quiet. Even with dogs staying there. I stayed a few nights, first night with my dog and the rest without, I never noticed pets were there except when you would see them coming out. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Both pet and non pet rooms were clean and smell free of any animals.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

I had a great stay at the Red Roof Inn! The location is super convenient The staff was friendly. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, and having a mini fridge and microwave came in handy. For the price, it’s a solid value. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Everything was above and beyond

The staff member at arrival was very friendly. She had bubbly energy and was very accommodating on room selection. She informed me that some construction workers were staying in the rooms upstairs and offered to switch my room if I didn't like it. The guest noise turned out not to be a problem though.

The AC was not on when I arrived and took a long time to cool down, and it also had a high pitch squeal from time to time. In addition, I left a travel pillow behind, but had not been turned in when I called a few hours after checking out. The clerk who took my call said he would call me back after checking with the cleaning staff, but I didn't get a return call.

Safe area and Close to Zion NP. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was really nice. The room was also comfortably spacious.

White pillows had some black lines on it, like dirt or burn marks. Also, I found a dead spider on the sheets. Tub was scratched up with oxidized hard water lines.

The breakfast was very good and lots of varieties, between pancakes, oatmeal, bacon/eggs! The shower in our room was great and was at ground level, as I have a sore knee & didn’t have to get air into a bathtub. enjoyed the hand held shower! We stayed in St. George. Very nice.

The ladies at the front desk were delightful. The bed was clean and comfy. The rate for the room was very reasonable

The bathroom was dirty. It looked like someone had a chocolate incident on the rim of the tub which was initially covered by the shower curtain, I can see how it was missed if housekeeping was just doing a quick wipedown. There were also brown fingerprints around the toilet paper roll. The shower walls had gummy patches of old shampoo. A bathroom deep clean was needed.

Older basic property. Cable box was missing the cover and the door bottom looked water damaged but functional. The room was clean, staff was helpful and pleasant. The linens were clean and beds comfortable and the Ac was good and cold. The halls were dark and smelled of cigarettes. The room at least smelled nice and not like the halls.

No breakfast offered. Only coffee. We had our own coffee machine. The room was clean . Neighborhood commercial but pleasant. Close to freeway return. Restaurants near by.

The cost was considerably more than normal . Every motel I looked up had at least doubled their price for the July 4th weekend. We stayed there on July 2. As prices went this was the within our budget.
