The breakfast was delicious. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, orange and apple juice. The room was great the TV was okay. The location was great! There's a Denny's nearby same with a gas station. Everything was really close. The pool was great! I had the kiddos with me so they did have a shallow end that we were all able to enjoy. The pool was perfect temperature. The jacuzzi was easy to use and delightful. The staff was super nice. They had an ice machine and if you needed drinking water they had some. We were able to use the ice to fill a small cooler we had it was very convenient.

Clean room, and very quiet. The bed was comfy and you were able to watch some decent channels on the TV. Overall it was a good stay.

A little old when it came to the shower and bathroom. The area was not the best, caught a indo women in the bushes collecting leaves and weeds? I arrived late in the afternoon, around 7pm so this was a bit odd. I felt more concerned for my car at that moment. But front desk clerk was nice. Didn't like the cleaning staff banging on my door at 9:30am and tried opening it. They should provide a "Do Not Disturb" sign to prevent this.

The entry keys are an issue. You certainly may want to revisit and upgrade to a better quality, so the entry key/mechanism does not require trying to " trick" the system for entry. The key would not even open our door from the very start. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful though, and did change us to a different room. Your breakfast was one of the worst we have experienced on our travels.. There was no butter for the pancakes, muffins or toast. Also no peanut butter as an alternative for the toast, nor milk for the oatmeal or cereal. Just a few items to improve upon. Since room rates doubled due to the Las Vegas Nascar races, perhaps a little more preparation for your guests would have been appropriate!

Parked in front of room. Quiet, even though it was packed! Close to getting off and on the freeway. Clean and not too smelly with perfumed cleaning products. I hate those odors.

Breakfast was supposed to be sausage/egg muffins but the toaster was broken so muffins were cold and NOT toasted. Only strawberry types of yogurt. I don’t like strawberries. Keycard needed explanation from the nice check-in guy as it often doesn’t work. Only decaffeinated coffee available in room.

Really like this little hotel. Unassuming place made unexpectedly pretty by lots of cute date palms full of little birds. Very helpful and kind staff, especially Sonia. I had injured my ankle hiking and she helped me to get my bags across to the Salt Lake Express office when I was leaving. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, good rooms with writing desk and a view of the hills from my upper balcony. Would definitely stay there again

Nothing TV

Was happy with the guy at the front desk, was very nice and helpful when we checked in.

On the morning of the 8th aug, when went to lobby for breakfast, the lady at front desk was rude and angry, lady stocking thing for breakfast was very rude and accused my husband of touching machine and popping door open, which he didn't. You shouldn't talk to customers in that manner.

perfect location with easy accessibility to get to places around town ... lots of parking... pool was nice and clean... the breakfast was clean with lots of options... checking in and checking out was simple and they were soo kind ... the beds were soft and the room was clean

the only thing i can think of is i wish they had more vegetarian/vegan options on the breakfast choices ... they had bread and English muffins as well as peanut butter... but no jelly but its a small thing that i can work around ...

Good but standard hotel breakfast. Area was clean, well maintained/stocked and the young lady staffing this area was efficient and pleasant.

Had a problem with the key card/lock on the door (something about replacing the battery in the door mechanism). At first notice of complaint, was offered a different room but because we had already unloaded the car and the dog, and the problem was supposed to be taken care of in about 15-20 minutes, opted to stay in original room and therein was our mistake. Took over an hour for anything to be done about the door lock and that was to change to a room with a working key card. Being tired and hungry and wanting to get this over with, moving everything to a new room didn't seem so bad at that point. Wish we had done it at the first offer.

Loved the location and the friendly staff. Free parking was nice, clean rooms and comfortable bed. But what I really loved was that when I realized after I got back home, I left a new pair of shoes in the room. I called the hotel and they had my shoes in the lost and found and gladly held them for me. I was grateful for that.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The pool was heated and it was awesome, the location was AMAZING, the cashier was totally understanding of wanting to check in a little earlier (there was a request sent prior)

There was a minor odd dusty smell when we came in but after one or two sprays from bath and body works we didn't notice anything
