The entry keys are an issue. You certainly may want to revisit and upgrade to a better quality, so the entry key/mechanism does not require trying to " trick" the system for entry. The key would not even open our door from the very start. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful though, and did change us to a different room. Your breakfast was one of the worst we have experienced on our travels.. There was no butter for the pancakes, muffins or toast. Also no peanut butter as an alternative for the toast, nor milk for the oatmeal or cereal. Just a few items to improve upon. Since room rates doubled due to the Las Vegas Nascar races, perhaps a little more preparation for your guests would have been appropriate!

perfect location with easy accessibility to get to places around town ... lots of parking... pool was nice and clean... the breakfast was clean with lots of options... checking in and checking out was simple and they were soo kind ... the beds were soft and the room was clean

the only thing i can think of is i wish they had more vegetarian/vegan options on the breakfast choices ... they had bread and English muffins as well as peanut butter... but no jelly but its a small thing that i can work around ...

Good but standard hotel breakfast. Area was clean, well maintained/stocked and the young lady staffing this area was efficient and pleasant.

Had a problem with the key card/lock on the door (something about replacing the battery in the door mechanism). At first notice of complaint, was offered a different room but because we had already unloaded the car and the dog, and the problem was supposed to be taken care of in about 15-20 minutes, opted to stay in original room and therein was our mistake. Took over an hour for anything to be done about the door lock and that was to change to a room with a working key card. Being tired and hungry and wanting to get this over with, moving everything to a new room didn't seem so bad at that point. Wish we had done it at the first offer.

Loved the location and the friendly staff. Free parking was nice, clean rooms and comfortable bed. But what I really loved was that when I realized after I got back home, I left a new pair of shoes in the room. I called the hotel and they had my shoes in the lost and found and gladly held them for me. I was grateful for that.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The pool was heated and it was awesome, the location was AMAZING, the cashier was totally understanding of wanting to check in a little earlier (there was a request sent prior)

There was a minor odd dusty smell when we came in but after one or two sprays from bath and body works we didn't notice anything

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. Staff greeted me and accommodated my late night arrival and helped me print out a document on their printer available to guests. Great quality for the cost.

Some minor areas in the room that weren't the cleanest, but nothing major.

The staff is really nice and friendly! The hotel is located next to lots of restaurants that you can walk too! We come for a soccer tournament and the kids have a blast swimming in the hotel!

The breakfast is not good. It would be nice if they could upgrade the food! The water in the room did not work all the time, so it was hard to shower so Sometimes!

Excellent price for a one night stay. Perfect accommodations. Alexis was very friendly and helpful. We were grateful for such kind help in getting checked in a bit early.

Pool needed to be cleaned/skimmed. I looked for a skimmer but none was available. It was a perfect temperature.

Breakfast was ok, but I was already very pleased with the value I received for the modest room rate.

Breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs seemed a little lacking and I was a little disappointed that the oatmeal selection didn’t include include plain

Very professional staff, welcoming, and nice. The water in the pool was warm. Everything was clean. It is a great location between Las Vegas and Zion National Park.

The coffee for breakfast was not good.
