Convenient location for my trip

I paid Booking.com for my reservation. Booking.com did not pay the hotel for my room. I had to secure with my credit card. I will not use Booking.com for any future travel plans.

Love the breakfast. Best I've had at any hotel. Attended an event and found the facility excellent. Slept well. Bed was comfortable

The hotel room has definitely been used. Visible wear and tear on the furnishings and very worn and frayed linens.

didn’t smell like cigarettes, the breakfast was actually good, all the lady workers I talked to were very professional and just very nice :). first time at this specific hilton and I had a good night sleep w my baby :)!!

Needs some christmas lights ! hehe

Very clean, comfortable and great amenities.

The made to order breakfast is a nice feature, my omelette was delicious. But I t took 30 minutes to place and receive my order. That’s much longer than I would have liked.

The staff is so kind and friendly! The food was excellent and the lounge was fun!

It was clean and central to what we were there for.

The room is super comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our TV wasn't working and they were very accommodating in changing our room to one that had a working TV. The hot tub is nice for chilly nights.

A bit dated, and some of the decor could use updating, but honestly not a big deal.

A hotel as expensive as this ABSOLUTELY should have some one on staff to help guests with tech problems. I was told there was no one, maybe, Lose said. someone on the janitorial staff might know something. As a result, I tried to fix a problem I was having with sending out e-mails and ended up shut out of my e-mail until I got back to Florida- that was 4 nights at the hotel. I had the same problem once at another hotel and someone on staff knew what to do and fixed it right away. I'd have given the hotel 100% on everything if it hadn't been for that.

Breakfast at this location is terrific. The breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little dated. It could use a little refreshing.

while I can understand paying extra for a made to order omelette for breakfast, I think it is ridiculous that an additional $5 is charged for a continental breakfast. it’s literally cold cereal and yogurt, it could (and should) be included in the price of the room.

TV remote did not work. I was tired so just went to sleep. Maintenace was offered.
