Convenient & pretty large room. I like it had plenty of counter space for getting ready & a little closet to keep your suitcases.

Breakfast was next door & had no meat, but I was prepared for that from other reviews. Bedding had stains (on blankets) didn't check sheets as again was prepared for & brought our own blankets, etc. The staff still made our beds even though it was our own, which was very nice!!. Only 1 small garbage can by the sink, none by the toilet, which is in a separate room so no bueno if that time of the month

After reading about UNclean, smelly rooms with bedbugs, I was ready to cancel. The lady at the front desk said to let her know if it wasn't very clean. The room had NO odor and was clean. The carpet is older, likely used by men who work construction, so stained. I visited at the front desk and was assured of new ownership. The breakfast room was at the place next door. Waffles, cereal, toast or bagels, fruit juice, milk and coffee were available.

The heater fan was a bit noisy but we heated the room, turned it off and went to bed. Strangely, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. There was one waste paper basket, but we used it just fine. The tub was clean, the vanity new.

The manager gave me a free upgrade to a suite since I was staying 4 nights. Having a kitchenette and a good shower was WORTH A LOT TO ME since I was in town for multiple days & nights! I always try to get an inexpensive motel that has just the basics but I must admit that I really appreciated the extras this time!

They ran out of washcloths so I used a hand towel to do my washcloth tasks. It still worked but hopefully when I come back again, they’ll get restocked on washcloths so all rooms can have washcloths!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean room nad great location. Everything worked well, TV, Wi-FI, AC, free and very well lit parking. Very safe downtown location.

This place is old, but it was clean, and that's what counts. The bed was more comfortable than expected. The shower was very nice. I was not expecting the Hilton.

The free breakfast was not that great.
