I drove all the way from Ohio to Utah just for a break and stayed here. When the desire come again to travel to Utah, I will book Claridge Inn. The staff was knowledgeable on area attractions and shopping. The bed ( at least in my room) was very comfortable. Even though there was a language barrier with the housekeeping staff, she used Google translate and fulfilled my request. I don’t remember her name but she was also very friendly.

The location can be tricky if making a left hand turn out of the parking lot. I simply went to the McDonalds parking lot and exited out the back entrance to turn on a side street that would put me at a red light.

The check in was easy and the front desk lady was super nice. I could not get my TV to work so she came down to help but I had figured out it was not plugged in. She and I had to move the furniture ourselves (because it was quite heavy) to get the TV plugged in where it needed to go. I was fine with this and she was super helpful. The room was nice size and the bed (king) was very comfortable. The pillows were a little small but it was just me and there were 4 on my kind bed so it ended up being fine. I stayed 2 nights and did not want housekeeping to come in between my nights but I did not have a DO NOT DISTURB sign so the same lady came to my room and gave me one. Again, super friendly and helpful. Everything was great. I never used the pool but it looked nice enough to take a dip or hang out at. This hotel was definitely not the most posh place in town, but it was affordable for me and met all of my needs except for the ice machine was out of order which I will explain below.

The ice machine was out of service and when I went to the office, there was a nice young man who had an ice chest with ice in it that he was handing out. Unfortunately, I needed more than a handful and his supply was already pretty low so I just went to the McDonalds next door and bought a bag. It was fine. I was in town for a softball tournament so I had to buy ice from time to time for my ice chest that I took with me to all of the games.

Claridge Motel is superior in many ways. From checking in to the quality of the room, it was amazing. There are electric points by the bed. The lighting is excellent. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and very reasonably priced compared with my experience so far in America. I was absolutely delighted. The location is great, out of the centre, with easy access to the freeway. I used Claridge for access to Zion Park and on to Bryce Park. Thank you so much.

I was most happy with all that Claridge Motel provided. I have not found a motel in America with an electric kettle. That would be the only addition I would like.

Simple check-in and check out. McDonald's nextdoor. Maverick across the street. It's an older property. But I just sleep and leave. Staff are excellent. They called me when I left an item behind. Air conditioner works, Everytime. Ice machine and parking lot is clean. I can see my car from my room. Feels safe. ( Single traveler )

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was easy to get to, just off of I-15. Several restaurants within walking distance.

We had a serice dog with us and the back area was full of weeds and trash, so we couldn't take our dog there to do her business. We had to use grassy areas at the McDonalds next door unfortunately.

Great location. Within walking distance of some great eateries. Also close to a huge Bowling fun center with golf and go carts. The manager Mrs Kay is a great asset and easy to work with. She made my transition to St George a little easier.

The rooms didn't have a kitchenette

Very good location (near Dixie Convention Center). Clean, Nice bed. Quiet AC.

There was no coffee packet in my room both nights. And the ice machine was inoperable both nights. Other than that it was fine. Pool was too warm for me (should be no more than 80F)

Price was great. Location too. Very impressive. Rooms were great too. Was there as I travelled to Riverton , Utah . Liked it so much on my return trip stayed there again .

Lack of easy access to rooms on second floor for Handicapped. Both times I stayed no rooms available on ground floor . Had just steps to second floor . Kind of hard for handicap or senior citizens. Other than that I loved it there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful was able to check us in fast. We requested and received a ground floor room and they upgraded us to a suite for no extra charge. the room was clean and except for the noisy bathroom fan everything was great.

Convenient location. Proximity to food (fast food & restaurants), gas convenience stores, interstate, Dixie Center (4 min drive). Clean room. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Had a work desk (but no outlets). Free parking (lots). Couch (could probably be a pullout bed) and coffee table. Relatively inexpensive relative to other hotels if you don't need other amenities, e.g. free breakfast. Good free wifi.

Card keys kept failing (5 failed) - apparently a frequent problem. Not enough convenient outlets in room (one lamp had one outlet, no USB chargers, others had no outlets). Only others were on the light switch by door and one in the bathroom. Only one opaque window curtain which when open allows any passerby to see into room (no other windows). Thus room has no natural light. Rooms are only accessible from outside balcony walkway. Was on the second floor and did not see any elevator option. Ice machine and vending machine outdoors near pool. Small lobby for check-in only - mostly had to wait for someone to come (no bell but somehow the clerk was alerted and eventually came out.) No late checkout or bag storage capability. Carpet has some stains.
