The room could be described as both clean and comfortable, which are the main criteria in a hotel, right? My son (25 years old) and I both slept well in the room thanks to the comfortable beds. The staff was polite and helpful, and the place overall was pretty quiet despite being next to the interstate and another busy road. (TIP: Ask for a room on the opposite side of the interstate.) The location was quite good as well, as we were able to hop on the interstate quickly to get on the road to Zion NP, or just out to eat. This place is a great deal for the price.

Breakfast was provided, but it could have been better. Cereal, bagels, coffee, and a waffle maker are the highlights. I'm not complaining, but simple additions such as bananas and peanut butter (for the bagels) would have been nice. Overall, though, this place was a great value.

At breakfast, it was nice to have options, like eggs, for people on low-sugar or gluten-free diets, in addition to the waffles and apples. The employee kept everything refilled. We were happy to be able to toast our own bread to make sandwiches for the road. The accessible room was huge, with a very comfy king bed and a couch. Nice tub. Large freezer compartment separate from fridge, so my partner could store her ice packs for her insulin. Good to be able to have coffee in the lounge at any time. We were so impressed by the property, we will try to stay in Quality Inns, if available, on future trips to visit our National Parks.

Very spacious and clean room. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, but for European it lacked variety and vegetables or fruit. Luckily there were boiled eggs which made so much difference (most places have just toasted bread or waffles). We had to change our plans and leave a day early because I got a heat stroke and the staff was so kind to refund the second night. Very grateful for that.

All of the facility photos that include the breakfast show waffle makers & warmers for food. I was extremely disappointed when I walked in and found none of that there. Instead, breakfast was cold cereal, yogurt, toasted bagel, or the option to microwave a frozen egg sausage breakfast sandwich. Honestly, there were enough other options in the area at a similar price point that if I’d known this when making the reservation I would’ve picked another hotel. Disappointing. Anyone staying - don’t believe the photos or description of a stay including anything more that a “continental-ish” breakfast.

Good value. This is a BASIC hotel - no frills. If you want thick carpet, designer furniture, and a concierge, then you need to pay more money and stay somewhere else. It is located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Easy freeway access. Excellent air conditioning. Several ice machines. Ample parking. Clean. TV with lots of channels and free wifi. Small pool. Very pleasant staff. The only "low point" was the free breakfast - not exciting choices, but definitely enough to feed your family. But again, if you want fresh eggs and bacon, you need to pay more money and go to a different hotel.

The location is perfect for staying, a lot of stores, restaurants and gas stations around. Not far away from Zion, Bryce, cedar Parks. Breakfast is reasonable: eggs, waffles, toast, cereal.

The hotel is a little bit old. The shower, carpet.

The property was great. It was cozy and most importantly it was clean and cheap.

I really wish they didn’t have carpet in the room. It just tends to get rowdy and be dirty no matter what you do. should be clear it was clean. It’s just the industry has kind of shifted towards luxury vinyl plank because it is much easier to tell that it is clean.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Coffee in the lobby and breakfast area was really good. Rooms were very clean and the location is great. I need pet friendly so this a a good place.

The bed was a bit soft, wouldn't hurt to replace mattress. Breakfast was slim picking, what we had was okay.

We’ve stayed here before so we knew what to expect. It really was okay the rooms and towels were clean and ready. The complementary breakfast is very weak and limited compared to other places we’ve stayed at, but all in all this place is okay.

It was real clean. I’m a clean freak. I wiped down the bathroom with disinfecting wipes I took with me & the wipe looked as if I didn’t wipe anything. Yes there was a really small tiny amount of hairs on the floor but compared to reviews I read on other locations this one is the best in the area besides another 2 or 3 locations but they’re much more pricey.

If I wanted to be picky/judge, I stayed at this location twice first time was 2nd floor a couple rooms down, second time was 1st floor right next to the door entrance to the building. Those rooms on the edges could use more of a soundproof door I was able to hear every single time someone left or entered the building a lot of times I thought it was someone at my door trying to get in. Place could use some maintenance as well it’s really small details which I don’t really care about but I’m pretty sure if those two things were fixed others would rate better.
