It was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!! Rooms were clean and cozy. It was quiet, we didn’t hear any other guests. Good breakfast. The view from the window was so peaceful and beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff! The pool and the hot tub were clean as well. We actually saw the staff taking water samples to analyze it. I loved that they have restrooms with the showers at the pool and spa area. And they were also CLEAN. The team is doing a VERY good job at this place. Even though it’s about 50 min drive to Zion National Park I’d stay at this place again just to have a good time.

I’ve been traveling around the country this summer and this was my favorite hotel! Easy freeway access! Everything was immaculate! Furniture was comfortable and looked brand new! Great lighting in room and especially bathroom with makeup mirror! The staff was so helpful and friendly! I found the bagel, egg and bacon sandwiches to be a great change from the usual.

A bit disappointed in the breakfast as a whole: no cartons of milk, no cut fruit, and coffee service was actually terrible. The “choose your own beverage” machine produced 2 ounces of a dark liquid when I pressed the Latte button. I’d rather have brewed coffee anyway, but there was only 1 carafe for the whole restaurant. No cream or milk, just the hideous little plastic cups of artificial creamers. And VERY disappointed that the only low calorie sweetener is saccharine in the pink packets. Who uses those? No other sweeteners…Equal, Splenda, monk fruit, etc. Loved EVERYTHING about the room, except toilet height is the lowest I’ve ever seen. Are they designed for families with preschoolers?

Beds are clean and comfortable. Everything is nice, clean and well maintained.

Laminate flooring was bubbling, not attached to the floor.

The only thing I didn't like is that there were about 150 high school students visiting with choir! But they were pretty good. The hallways quieted down by 10 PM.

Cleanliness. Breakfast had nice variety, staff was ver hospitable. Going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Front desk always smiling and asking us how we are. Greeting us as we came and left. Breakfast staff also made every effort to make sure food was well stocked and served fresh such as omelette and sandwiches and smoothies on top of their other selections. I liked that they had cleaning on demand policy. Good move for the environment Great place overall

The room was comfortable and quiet. A wide choice of items for breakfast. The bed and pillows were excellent.

The staff was warm and welcome. You only get cleaning services when you request them. It took a couple of requests many hours apart to get clean hand towels and face cloths. Staff was apologetic for the oversight.

I didn’t appreciate the staff lying to me. We had booked for 7 nights and had two two year olds that weren’t to fond of the shower and I asked to be changed to a bathtub room and the front desk told me all rooms are showers which is not the case. Pictures below are from the hotel website

The staff must be commended. Absolutely lovely and accommodating. My kids loved the "treasure chest" on arrival. Every staff member there made us feel like we were elite guests. Breakfast was wonderful. Omelet station one morning, crepe station another. In addition to generous varied other options. Breakfast area and room were spotless. We had a beautiful mountain view which we loved every morning. Pool and.spa area and gym very clean as well with showers facilities and ample pool towels. Area surrounding with options for food. Wish we could have stayed more days

I was made to feel very welcome by the Receptionist. The Receptionist also assisted me with a shortcoming I had with one of the laundry machines. The breakfast was satisfactory

No instruction on how to pay for the washing machines by credit card. The dryer was programmed to run for 99 minutes!
