Super friendly staff. Front desk was super nice at check in and when getting night goodies. The cleaning staff was amazing!! Our kids had some accidents and they were right around the corners and took care of it on the spot.

Lobby didn’t have regular milk. My baby needed a bottle and I had forgotten to buy some regular milk and the lobby only had chocolate milk. The other issue I would say that the tub in our bathroom was cracked but other than that everything was good.

Huge shout out to David at the front desk! He was super friendly and helpful. We had to book an extra night and he made sure we could stay in our room. The location is great, right off the freeway! We loved that we could bring our dog too.

Amenities are lacking. While they have a restaurant on-site, it's pricey. And they dont include breakfast with your rate, but you can buy it for $15....seems excessive. They allow pets, but don't have any outdoor pet areas. Everything is rocks and in the st. George heat, that's not a good option for my doggo. The beds are extremely soft, which I didn't find comfortable at all.

The hotel was clean, and well cared for. Location is somewhere quiet, so you don't get outdoor noise. Still easy to get to places in town.

I had to pay for breakfast. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I had known that prior. Other Holiday Inns I have stayed at have offered it complimentary. Our room was near the elevator. Heard many kids run up and down hallway.

The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the shampoo/conditioner/soap was very good quality.

The shower water would never get hot. I let it run for 15 minutes it got "not freezing cold" but it never warmed up. It was so late when I showered that I didn't contact the front desk because I just wanted to go to bed.

Our bathroom door sagged and didn’t close all the way. We were offered a room change when I mentioned it while talking with staff, but at that point we were settled in & were only there for one night.

The room was nice, beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the microwave & fridge was a nice added bounce. Enjoy our time in the room.

I thought it was odd in this age of technology that there were no USB plugs in the room for chargin purposes also no way to access any streamin apps on the TV for like Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu ect.

Beds. I always sleep well when I stay here. Love the location. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good also.

There were white dog hairs on the chair and the shower had a little mold on the bottom where the door slides. Also, the floors in the bathroom weren't as clean as we had experienced in the past. Like the corners and molding.

I love Holiday Inn Express beds they are so comfortable and the rooms are clean my favorite hotel. And it was with in walking distance of good places to eat.

The stay was to short one night wasn't enough.

Clean, nice rooms, fridge w/small freezer, quiet area of hotel, great breakfast, staff was very personable. Jennifer at check in was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Our room 232 had such a noisy A/C we had to sleep with it off and it got pretty warm. Need to have someone look at it and lubricate the fan or something!

It's a very nice place to stay. Beds are comfortable. The shower is great. The Burger Theory in the lobby is fantastic for dinner.
