It was the first time we stayed at Nikoleta but it will definitely not be the last time. Perfect location, magnificent breakfast, homelike environment and best ever people you can meet as hosts with difficult to describe level of hospitality. It’s a lifetime experience. We left Nikoleta with great memories. Hope to come and visit you soon.

The staff was very welcoming and good spirited at all times. The breakfast is exceptional thanks to the lovely chef. There are many varieties every day and most importantly the food is extremely fresh constantly. The garden is very well maintained and you can spend your holiday only by sitting at the pool and looking at the decorations and the greenery around and you will find much needed peace.

At room 204 we used the smallest bathroom we have ever seen in our life. The shower is so small that there is no way not to hurt yourself. The floor in the room could have been cleaned more often. The king size bed has two separated duvets of single beds and that is not the problem - the problem is that they are too soft so you fall in the hole in the middle while sleeping.

I visited Nikoleta's villa with my husband and we stayed there for 5 nights. We loved the the place and the people! The location was great as it was close to the ferry boat, the main road that goes around the island and close to shops and facilities. At the same time it was outside the crowded touristy areas and was super quiet, especially at night! We loved the garden and pool area that are designed with taste and maintained with effort - each morning we saw the gardener walk around and take care of the trees and plants. We stayed in the suite which had an amazing view towards the green hills behind the villa, a big balcony, and as everything else - designed with taste. Breakfast was also great and versatile - each morning they added different items - be it cheesecake, special pancakes or different types of sandwiches. The produce was fresh and coffee was great! Especially important - the hotel is owned by a lovely, kind family that were available throughout the day and constantly making sure everything is done right and everyone is happy :)

The bed was a bit small for our liking, the width was probably ~140cm and the mattress a bit too soft. The shower room could also use some renovation but nothing dramatic.

The property is designed with very good taste, the rooms look exactly like the photos. The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minutes walk from the closest beach. The staff was very kind, always smiling and ready to help. We really liked the garden, it’s a nice place to stay with your friends or family at the end of the day. Also, the breakfast was good, it was a pleasure to start the day with a coffee in the garden.

Our rooms were in the old building (they looked excellent, it was not a problem), but the bathrooms are very very small (especially the showers). Also, we had a room that shared the terrace with other 2 rooms. The terrace was amazing, but it would be perfect if you share it with your friends/ family. It is not very comfortable to meet some strangers whenever you go outside the room. It is not something big, just an aspect that made us think “it would have been amazing if…”.

This was one of the best stays ever. The location is excellent, the rooms are very nice, clean, cozy, we really felt like home, and saw the attention to details. Towels changes daily and the room cleaned daily. The location is very green 🙂 , quiet, pool is clean, warm water, plenty of shade everywhere. It was not crowded at all. Breakfast was also very good, excelent coffee, staff very nice , helpful, smiling. It is also quite close to the beach and city center, about 800 m walk by foot . Great drinks at the bar too. We really felt like home, I highly recommend this place, for us it was like a little piece of heaven

this is the best hotel on this island, the room was clean, and the personnel was kind and polite. Everyone wants to advise you on some good place to eat or to visit. breakfast was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the pool zone very lovely.

My husband and I stayed for one night but we are absolutely amazed by this place! We booked a superior room and got a very spacious and beautifully decorated studio. The view from the bedroom on the second floor was just amazing. Despite the fact that we were there before the summer season in April, the breakfast was quite rich. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The garden, grass, flowers and trees were very well maintained.

The Hotel is surrounded by a magnificent Meditarenean lush garden. The pool is beautiful. The Hotel itself is a kind of big Villa with nice rooms, each with a balcony or a porch where you can sit and enjoy the evening breeze. The ancient Olive Trees in the garden are impressive. Breakfast buffet includes freshly squeezed orange juice and a big variety of freshly baked Greek specialities not mentioning the fresh fruits. The coffee is good too. All above said makes it a Good Hotel. The thing that makes this Hotel a GREAT HOTEL is the GENEROSITY of the staff and Owners which is outstanding!!! I highly recommend and will certainly come back.

Nikoleta Luxury Villa is by far one of the best looking properties on the island. The garden is just beautiful and everything looks clean, cosy and very comfy. Clean pool, amazing breakfast, very polite staff and. The property is very well located, calm, well lit and 10 mins walk from Limenas main pedestrian street and ferry port. We traveled by car and it was important to have a parking spot and the property had decent amount of parking spots on the street near the Villa. It was lit and cam secured a Big thumbs up for that. The breakfast was amazing. It has everything to please everyone. Traditional bakery, both sweet and salty food. And freshly squeezed orange juice.

At the beginning we were given a room we didn’t like but the staff was very into solving the problem and in 2 days we were given the room we loved. At some points WiFi could not get through the whole area of the property. Would have enjoyed a larger choice for international TV channels.

We stayed at Nikoleta Luxury Villa with our family and were very pleased. The villas were new and everything was spotless. The garden was very peaceful and relaxing, making it a real pleasure to have coffee there. The breakfast was very diverse, and we were very satisfied with it. Nikoleta was an extremely attentive and friendly host. We also appreciate their help with early check-in. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.
