One of the highrise hotels in the very central hotel cluster of Brasilia. Very pleasant stay in one of the most spacious rooms I've ever had. Great breakfast with a broad choice of pastries, fruit, cheeses etc. (although the offer did not vary over several days), also very attentive staff. Biggest plus: I was allowed to move into my room before check-in hours since my flight arrived very early, thank you again for that.

Due to the vast street infrastructure of this very car-oriented city, traffic noises are inavoidable in the morning. But that applies to all of the central hotels and probably to Brasilia in general. It's just part of the experience.

Nice place, staff were nice, good food, room was really nice, wifi was good. Room service was good. Everything was good, no issues.

The pool was a bit gross on the first day, I don't want to assume what was in the water but it did look like someone may have had vomited in there and it wasn't fully cleaned up. Like some snot and chunky kinda spit bits. But I alerted the staff later and the next day the pool was clean, not a big deal I still swam. The minibar water was also really expensive. Oh, and there were NO power plugs in the bedroom to charge your phone - first time I've ever seen such a thing!

The staff were courteous and helpful especially Patrick & Diego! I had an amazing view too.

Only one person (Patrick) understood English and so it was always difficult to communicate when he was not around. Google Translate helped but it can be slightly frustrating at times. The AC in my room made loud noise but the weather was cool at my time of visit so I was comfortable without having it on.

A good place to stay in Brasilia. Comfortable, matched expectations. Room could use a bit of updating but perfectly acceptable - has a nice terrace, was clean, good hot water. Daily maid service was appreciated. Parking is on-site, valet but with a different service. Loved eating breakfast on one of the two terraces - one by the pool, the other on the other side. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was also quite good (and included). Good location, within walking distance to at least one mall.

Hotel overall could use a bit of updating, but it was to be expected for that price range. Had to wait a bit sometimes for the valet to bring the car. The pool looked fine but didn't actually use it.

Very comfy apartment, very good breakfast, staff were very welcoming and the 11am check-in I got from reception really made a difference.

Shower don't get very hot or it takes too long for it. Too many guests for too few elevators (we had to wait a lot sometimes and even take the stairs eventually). There isn't a plug near the bed to charge devices.

All was well, a good hotel l would recommend. I particularly liked the small cafe off the ground floor entrance foyer.

l found it strange that the breakfast room was in the hotel opposite. Also it was strange that l was given a room with three single beds when travelling alone. However it was an excellent room with a lovely balcony and view.

Very nice balcony view of the city of Brasilia from my room. The room was very spacious and clean. Close to the key shopping area.

Excessive number of emails asking for online checking in before arrival.

Fantastic stay! Very quiet and large room (1201). Excellent mattress. There is no noise either inside or from outside. Sleeping is perfect. Very good buffet breakfast. The location relative to key attractions is ideal for tourists. The hotel and it's territory are well guarded. The price is more then reasonable. Highly recommended.

I love this hotel. It's great location, clean rooms and environment, good gym and swimming pool area, and most especially, great reception staff (Wagner, Thayna, Fabricio, Diego, Durval, Patrick and Luis Braga). Exceptional Carla (the cleaning lady). Great job guys. And not to forget the Kitchen staff, the guys that make the eggs and tapioca... Kudos to y'all. Great job guys!

The WiFi doesn't get to the breakfast room and nothing else.

Really good quality. Spacious room, great breakfast, good location with free parking.

A 4* hotel should have english speaking reception. Or spanish at least. The gym is a joke (as that is mostly the case). Yet again, a 4* hotel can’t find a space bigger than 40m2? The pool is just 0.9m deep.
