The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was adequate. I had an early flight so the 7am opening was helpful since no restaurants are open for breakfast at this time.

I wish the bathroom had a bidet spray gun rather than the plastic container. But the bathroom at the restaurant had the spray which was nice

The location was perfect: about ten minutes from the railway station, five minutes from the medina and also ten minutes to a station for 'grands taxis; . The hotel is in a lively neighbourhood, so you hear some noise from the street, but not past midnight. Breakfast is OK en staff is helpfull.

One drawback is the very complicated way to turn on, turn off and set the airco! There is some small touchscreen on the wall with signs noone understands who did not do digital studies. At 3 at night I wanted to turn off the airco, but how? Instead of turning it off I by chance set the temperature at 29 degrees...! By accident I did turn it off (don't ask me how...). but I didn't manage to turn it on again the next morning. Breakfast is good but you have to eat it accompanied by terrible Musak.

The hotel is excellent. I got a very warm welcome from the ladies on the reception and also I just step in to the hotel and they called me by my name without saying anything what surprised me and I felt that this hotel really taking care of they guests. I would recommend this hotel as its clean quite perfect amenities. Also we can find gym and restaurant in the hotel. I was just missing hairdryer from the room and as on booking.com they said its minibar in the room but actually just a fridge. But all together it's a perfect experience. If I'm coming to Oujda sure I will choose this hotel again .😊

Excellent hotel with a perfect location, located at the Oujda city center; extremely clean & comfortable and has all the necessities. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Amine and the manager Issam; we felt at home. My family and I enjoyed our stay; breakfast was delicious, and special thanks to the supervisor's restaurant, he offered us various choices. The valet employees are so helpful as well. I would definitely recommend hotel Fajr to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. We will come back for sure, Loved our stay!!!

Beyond my expectations . The hotel is centrally located. The staff is super friendly and will go steps ahead to meet customer satisfaction. Although it is classified as 4 star. For me it is a 5 star.

everything. located in city center. clean. comfortable. quite. renewed recenso everything was new. staff very helpful and welcoming. especially Mr amine very friendly, cheerful, welcoming and helpful. i arrived at town very early 6 am and i could have a room in about an hour and have access to breakfast buffet same day. i also had a small issue with the air con at night and Mr amine rushed the maintenance guy to fix it. when it didn't work he did himself. so grateful to him and everyone. they also have luggage 🛅 room.

The breakfast could have been better. That’s why we went across the road to Marhaba to eat. They had a better selection and better value for money.

Everything was as you can expect from a hotel. It is close to everything important in the city, the rooms are comfortable, he breakfast was nice and the staff was always ready to help with various questions.

Friendly and genuinely warm staff especially Rania, Kawthar and Amine, that make you feel at home. They recommended a couple of local food places which certainly lived up to the expectations. The location is premium as it is walking distance to the city center and the Sidi abdelwahab main market where you can get lost in its charm. They arranged for airport drop off taxi. Keep up the great work 🏋️

For a 3 star hotel, this was great and value for money. Exceptional customer service and all staff spoke English pretty well. We had no issues with our stay.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.
