What a great hotel! Rooms and communal areas clean and fresh and feels like new. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Hotel located a little out of town but there are a couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance. We had cocktails at the hotel which were well made and fairly priced. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice and no plastic plates or cutlery in sight!!

Price! I love a good get away just like anyone else and yes the facility is brand new but the prices are a bite high considering location. We’ll see how the prices work overtime. I think at least a $20-$30 drop is in order for a small town like Winslow. Yes amenities like comp breakfast , bar and 24 hr gym access are Amazing! But if the showers on the second floor are all made as cheaply as ours was I don’t see them lasting more than 5 years. And quality of cleanliness would need to be consistent as well, for the price that is. Aside from that not much competition in town so I look forward to seeing well they do over time as most people probably only stay 1-2 nights tops.

The breakfast was good. Everything that I'd normally expect to be provided was there. Coffee was good, on the strong side and not watered down. Everything was fresh.

It's not what I didn't like, it's not that I didn't feel welcome, it was more the feeling at check in which wasn't really cheery. It felt like I was interrupting something. It may have been the time of day, checked in sometime around 7p so it was overall just fine.

The property was very nice and clean!!

My room on the second floor was above a mechanical room. I was woken buy noise and vibration, I lost track of how many times this happened. Needless to say I did not sleep well!! Told receptionist about same, she didn’t think that there were mechanical rooms below. I asked her to check with their maintenance man,he should know!!

We were exhausted an extremely grateful to get to our room and rest

Paid for a room rate with breakfast included however a large family of appriximately 8 (including children) had came down right before us and there was only one waitress who seemed to be at her capacity. She was overwhelmed with the current crowd in the restaurant so we never used our breakfast vouchers.

Staff were very friendly and professional. In particular, Tink in the bar was very kind and courteous. We could see she was working really hard to provide great service even though she was responsible for both bartending and cooking. She made us a very good turkey club sandwich which, after a day on the road, was great with a beer.

it was clean and the property itself is lovely

they charge too much for dogs. the fan in the bathroom runs all night long in every room and cannot be turned off. we heard the ice machine motor all night long and it wasn't like it was right side of it our room. we expressed our concerns and their attitude was ,"oh well".

The property was brand new absolutely perfect and clean. Had a bar on site. Would totally recommend for any young couple.

The breakfast was the same most standard breakfast that you would find at most hotels. If you want to set yourself apart, make it something special that oatmeal was totally cold and soaked and water.

It was a great place to stay in Winslow. Clean, modern, and with a nice bar area. Rooms are well appointed and a good size. I really appreciated the guest laundry room and gave the washer a workout!

Easy access from highway, after a long very windy and wet drive from Albuquerque!! Nice pet area and easily accessible from our first floor room! Sparkling clean bathroom and very comfortable bed, a great nights sleep for two cold and weary travelers!!!!

Breakfast cutoff should be later on weekend!!!!
