We just passed thru town. The ratings seemed low but the locations was convenient. I figured it was just for a night but I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. It had recently been completely renovated, the staff was very nice and the beds were really comfortable. We didn't use it but they also have a nice indoor pool. Breakfast was great. This was probably the nicest Quality in we have stayed at. There was also lots of parking for our motorhome. This is hard to find at a lot of hotels

Fresh,modern, clean. A cut rate motel, which is exactly what I was looking for. Had self-serve breakfast which was fine. Water pressure a bit low& my hot and cold water valves on both the shower in the sink we're reversed. Their satellite system was off line but all equipment was new, so no TV for the evening. All very minor and temporary issues, this is still a good value and when they get the TV back it's just fine. Great staff.

Great amount of parking, staff is extremely kind. Their vending machines were down but they gave us water bottles free at the front desk. AC worked perfectly. Its location right by the highway was super convenient. Clean cozy stay and really great breakfast area. It had plenty of options.

Nothing, perfect stay!

I was a little worried because of the bad reviews I have read but they completely exceeded my expectations. The room was completely renovated and clean. The price was absolutely incredible for the stay. The bed was comfortable and they had a pool and breakfast in the morning. I mean for around 60$ you can not get any better than that. Will absolutely come again. We initially looked for a place to stay in flagstaff and all the hotels were well over 100$ with terrible ratings. We literally just travels like a little more than 40 minutes to get this much better and cheaper place to stay.

Unfortunately the aircon really needs attention. It is way too loud and that made us open the window which wasn’t ideal and the trains goes right passed the hotel all night. Jacuzzi wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t make bubbles

Just a quick stay here for an overnight rest on getting to my final destination. Hotel looks like it has just been renovated and looks great! Will stay here again when passing through! Thanks guys.

Really all was great. No complaints

I usually don’t stay in motels but there is not a big option in this small town. This one is renovated in a cozy modern Motel with modern living room vibe. I’m positive surprised and would definitely stay here again.

not sure why this property has such a low rating, I thought it was absolutely wonderful!!! the location, the set-up of parking it like a motel but it’s a hotel (I love parking outside my room), the wonderful lady at the front desk, the room and lobby were very modern.

The glitches to booking.com sucks. I had to double Pay you guys have my booking dates wrong with the same confirmation number I ask to speak with Manager no one could get me 2 one. Also said they would call me back in 20 min they didn't

Room was very clean and hotel check in was fast.

Exited too soon to get to hotel and used neighborhood routes to get to hotel. Google maps to be updated.
