This is a superb resort and surely the best in the area. Others, with far greater prices have a lot less to offer. It certainly has the best views. The apartment (no.30) was of a good size and very clean throughout. The private balcony offered stunning views across the beach and the cape, with the island of Stromboli on the horizon, complete with volcanic puffs! The hotel has an excellent restaurant, and we chose to eat there throughout our 4 night stay, rather than walk to more distant restaurants. We had no complaints with the food, and there is a small semi-shop where you can buy snacks, ice-creams and drinks. The pool area is clean and, best of all, does not close at seven in the evening like so many other places. We were in the illuminated pool at half ten in the evening, under the stars, which was a real treat. The resort offers its residents free sun loungers and parasols on the beautifully quiet little beach at the foot of the private steps from the hotel (255 of them, but they are screened, which helps with the heat). All in all, a very good place to stay.

My only small complaint would be the lack of a kettle or coffee machine in the apartment. If you want either, you have to boil water in a saucepan. For a fully self-catering apartment this is a bit lacking.

The location was incredible on top of a headland overlooking the coast and Capo Vaticano. The view from the room was incredible and also a great view from the pool and restaurant. The hotel has a beautiful private beach and also a pool. Breakfast was very nice and the food and the restaurant is good. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere relaxing and away from large crowds of tourists.

I would recommend getting a car if you’re staying here as it’s a bit of a walk to other restaurants and other small villages. Thankfully the reception offered a car service for a small fee so we could get to and from the train station.

The property is amazing! The price you can’t beat! The walk down the stairs to beach is worth it and not too bad. The pool, bar, restaurant are all perfect. The food made there was delicious. The hotel is so close to everywhere to want to go. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Upon arrival they are willing to help and are patient and are always smiling. The rooms have AC and are spacious with a great view.

The only thing I would change are the beds. They aren’t very comfortable. But, the views and staff make up for it.

Amazing view ( we were upgraded for free, which was really nice), the sea was beautiful and the almost private beach great. The swimming pool was also awesome! Also great that it was a quiet place, overall, and relative to the standard tourist village.

The apartment could do with a little modernisation, for example with the furniture.

Bad access road, poor and basic equipment of the apartment, no one cleans the sea when they bring dirt into the bay, although one person is always down to take care of sunbeds and umbrellas.

The view is one of the best i have ever seen! The small beach is fantastic and you can easily get to the main public beach by climbing around the rock.

The room, it is basic and not bad but it does not go with the five star feel of the pool and beach area.

Extremely crowded with mosquitos. The tap in the kitchen was loose and dripping (dripping was fixed), we lacked kitchen supply for washing up the dishes.

We loved it, the location was amazing, the stairs up from the beach wasn’t too bad and we had the first suite at the top of hill, which was perfect. Suite was large, fully equipped and clean. view was stunning, the pool was beautiful and the dinner we had was amazing.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave, wished we could have stayed longer. Not fault of the hotel:)

The location is amazing, as you have a view on both sides of Capo Vaticano. It is easy to reach it. The apartment was clean and basically equipped. The biggest bonus of this location is undoubtedly the view, the pool and the private beach, which can be reached by 200 steps in the shade. We enjoyed it very much.
