Located in an industrial area, the place looks brand new and was comfortable and quiet. There was a common area with a furnished kitchen and tables. All very clean and ideal for people travelling by car and willing to make their own meals.

There is no one to greet you when you arrive. There is a number to call to get a code to access the building and the room. This was not explained or clear in the advertisement of the property. The code did not work on the second day and we had to make several phone calls to get connected to the right person to give us a new code. Also, we did not know that the contact person manages several properties and he was confussed as to where we were staying.

Very easy check in and convenient location. The property has a common kitchen with all appliances and utensils/crockery/cutlery. There is also a coin laundry available. There is a patio with BBQ facilities. The rooms are functional and comfortable. Real value for the money and would recommend a stay in this property when visiting Clarenvile.

The budget rooms have a twin bed and one could have a look at relocating it and also increase the size to a bigger one.

My wife and I recently traveled from Ontario to Newfoundland in an electric vehicle, staying at economy motels such as yours, along the way. We were rather disappointed that no economy motels provided overnight EV charging. I would highly recommend that economy motel owners consider installing Level 2 240 volt EV chargers of approximately 30-40 amp capacity connected to a network such as FLO or Chargepoint. The network would collect the cost through their network RFID card or app to compensate the motel owner. A reasonable charge of about $1.50/hr. would be much more attractive to me, then staying at a luxury motel and paying $50 to $100 more per night and receiving “free” charging for approximately $10 worth of EV charging.

On arrival I discovered there had been a mix-up, with the room assigned to me in the emailed instructions already being occupied. However, a quick phone-call to the manager and it was sorted out quickly. The room was clean, warm, spacious and comfortable with a clean bathroom. The property has a large, well-equipped kitchen and was quiet at night. being in a quiet location.

The mix-up with the room was a little stressful, but these things can happen and it was sorted out very quickly and satisfactorily. Other than that, the only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer.

The location was good. The building looks recently renovated, like new inside. It is very clean, quite and cozy. There is a common area, you can cook your own breakfast or a meal. It had everything we needed.

Did not provide us the door code before arriving. We have to call that phone no. to get it when we arrived at the door. It was very inconvenient. No hair dryer was provided, and the TV didn't work at all.

My Bad. Guess I did not realize this was a rooming house. Good news is that as solo (widowed) senior traveller who enjoys cooking for himself, this place was perfect. Very clean room with my own bathroom. On site laundry, complete kitchen and even a BBQ on the deck, all included. Nice group of fellows staying and working at a project. Great to talk to. Basic, but filled every need I had. 👍👍two thumbs up

We were really pleased with the location of the property for our purposes. There is a great view of the bay being able to watch the tide change. Access was great with a keyed code sent by email. Everything was great , a fully equipped kitchen was available for use with everything necessary. Laundry facilities are available, great when travelling on a motorcycle. Ani e roomy bathroom with lots of hot water, if I could ask for one thing it would be a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries . I’m not a fan of pedestal sinks. Overall an “A”!

The Buiilding was recently renovated. Room was large. Very clean, modern, and quiet. If it was situated in a better area the price would be exceptional. The security measures were great. This is a boarding house, with a common kitchen and pay for use laundry.

The TV was to small for the room size. No in room coffee or tea. The entrance had more than 2 stairs.

It was a large room. Convenient. Updated. Good location.

The condensation from the AC dripped on your head while sleeping. No elevator to bring things to room on upper floor. There were little hairs around the bathroom faucet. Shutters allowed light in morning while trying to sleep.

Property is good value but room could have a few hooks for coats, etc and a small night table on left side of bed to eg place glass of water, etc
