Room was a suite so very spacious. It was very clean even though renovations were being done in the lobby area. The staff were polite, accommodating and informative both in the check-in and the lounge. The breakfast food and service was excellent. Renovations are in progress and it appears getting close to complete.

The menu online and in person for supper, prices did not match (50% increase?) The chairs in the lounge have no cushion at all left (not uncommon in many venues unfortunately) The food was good and staff very good - the beef stu was a bit too salty - I don’t mean this to be fault finding or overly critical. I just found it a bit salty for my liking. It was still a good supper.

Location was good. Bed was great, really comfy.

They have few options that you can order for breakfast. Waiter asked us if we would like some coffee and I said yes. Then I ordered one of the options and orange juice that was on the list. My bf picked one of egg options with sausage. He asked if It is possible to get some bacon with that and they said sure. We were a bit negativity surprised when they brought us the bill for orange juice and added bacon (it was around 10$). It's not a big deal but it would be nice to know that it is not included in the breakfast and that you have to pick coffee or juice.

Really well executed place on the highway. Breakfast was decent and the server was very friendly. Thoughtful touches like detailed condition reports for the highway with print outs of webcam footage.

No plugins near the bed meant I plugged my phone in a ways away and ended up leaving my nice charger. Totally my fault, but would’ve been avoided if there were plugs near the top of the bedside table.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful! There was ample free parking and the wifi signal was quite good. The beds were quite comfortable plus it had a mini-fridge that was useful!

No complimentary breakfast. Evening restaurant/lounge was expensive and the food wasn't that great, at least not for the prices they were charging. When we arrived, it smelled smoky inside even though outside it didn't, so the ventilation wasn't great!

The room was a good size and the walls were well sound proofed! I did not hear the family that was staying beside me. The AC worked very well so it was comfortable! Hotel was located walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. I also had an issue with the TV and someone came to fix it really fast (TV was new-ish, it was weird and a simple unplug/plug fixed it - not a hotel problem). Also loved the free coffee in the morning in the lobby!!

The only minor things I didn’t like was that the breakfast ended quite early (9:30 if I recall) so I missed it. And there was no AC in the hallways but that’s so minor.

What a great place! We ended up staying two nights here due to bad weather in the Northern Rockies and it was wonderful! The breakfast was excellent - you get a voucher at their restaurant which you order off of a menu (NOT a continental breakfast). There is a bar and restaurant with a great menu on premises, laundry, and the rooms had electric fireplaces and a full living room suite. I was really impressed. They have a fast and convenient shuttle service and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel itself it within walking distance of anything you need in town too. Great place, I'd definitely recommend it!

Breakfast was wonderful. Room was very clean and spacious. Perfect for 3 older ladies.

Only problem we had was with the disabled parking, as it wasn’t monitored people without disabled stickers had parked and we were unable to access. I would suggest monitoring that as the person I was travelling with had a hard time.

The guest rooms are very nice and large. Hotel/restaurants/guest rooms were very clean. Breakfast was not included but we had breakfast at their restaurant and it was excellent. Good choices to pick from and friendly waitresses.

This has nothing to do with the hotel but we had dinner at the Triple G Hideaway and we did not like it. We should have had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Location next to the highway convenient. Room (suite) on the ground floor best for us.

The bed was a valley. I mentioned it to the front desk next morning. Hard to sleep when you’re on a side hill rolling to the middle. I expect this will get corrected.

Having a full restuarant on sight was very nice. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and answered any questions we had.

The full restuarant closed early in the evening so you couldn't get food if you arrived late. The weight room was small and the hot tube was closed down. The rooms were a bit small for a large family.
