The beds were sooooo comfortable..Our room was clean and smelled clean. They are pet friendly, which is so nice. The staff was friendly, breakfast was included in our stay and was really good. our favorite thing about this hotel was the beds though. We had travel the Alaska Marine Hwy from Bellingham, WA to Alaska and then drove down the Alaskan Hwy (ALCAN). We had stayed in several hotels, cabins, and lodges...but not until this night had were slept so good. The beds were so comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. The bathroom large and clean, and we absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful having a fridge and coffee in our room was goid, too. We definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip and highly recommend.

The chain on our toilet kept falling off. We had to leave the back off and pull on the chain to get it to flush.

Great location. The breakfast (included) was good. Scrambled eggs, waffle, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bread and muffins. With all day coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Rooms were clean and comfy

All plates, cups and utensils were disposable. Would like to see single use products eliminated or have the option for reusable. I kept bringing the coffee cup from my room so I didn't use a plastic lined disposal one.

The room is very clean. The bed sheets and blankets are so clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Great location. The breakfast, laundry facility. It’s great for family. From the price standpoint, this is very cheap considering the quality of the general hotel service. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay again here. Overall

The breakfast was fine and included fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, egg. toast, rolls etc.

The smokers area is directly across from the main entry door. So you have to walk through the area to get to your vehicle. There's no avoiding the smoke. If it's a smoke free hotel...make it so. Also the only ice machine is on the main floor. The front desk should tell you that when you check in. I stayed on the 4th floor. The bath tub/shower is very narrow and the tub base gives in when you step and turn around. No grab bars at all. Be careful.

Conveniently situated on the Alaska Highway. Good size pet friendly room, ground floor with easy to parking lot. Laundry room. very helpful staff who kept us updated over highway closures from wild fires. Boston Pizza next door. A&W nearby as alternative to hotel breakfast.

Breakfast very basic. Fitness room had only one rowing and one running machine.

The best thing was that the air conditioner was so quiet I could leave it on all night. With the hot smoky air outside, this was the best! Nice clean white bedding and soft white towels. Shower pressure was good and the tub had a non slip bottom. Breakfast had the make your own mini waffles option, along with other options. And POG in the juice machine!! Anyone who has ever gone to Hawaii will know what that is.

Very comfortable queen bed and bedding had 4 pillows. TV and internet worked well. The wall AC worked well and was quiet. There was a thoughtful instruction card for getting the TV/Cable up and running with the remotes. I have honestly never run into this before and it saved so much time as you run into all kinds while traveling. There was a desk as well as a tiny kitchenette with a table and chairs. A good tub and shower with toiletries and full-length mirror. The typical breakfast was varied - some of everything. The coffee was not good but they had tasty tea and milk. The start time of 5:30 was great so I could hit the road early.

Food was left in the fridge. Room cleanliness could be a little improved.

Not many choices in Fort Nelson. I usually go with the chain hotels, but took the risk with this one. Was pleasantly surprised! Nice, clean and with an elevator.

Parking limited in the front so we couldn't see out vehicle from the window which is always a bit scary. We were able to have the Jeep in front to unload and load, so that helped. Also the breakfast area is a bit small for the amount of people.

My family thought the Lakeview was very cozy! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the rooms were very clean! We are doing a cross country move and have a big uhaul and there was plenty of available spots to park it. We didn't partake in breakfast but we did see there were plenty of good looking options. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to all for a comfortable and clean stay!

Spent a night driving south on the Alaska Highway, and we were very happy with our stay. Some extra appointments in the room made the accommodations stand out from other places - a toaster and dish soap in the room, for example, made the kitchenette actually usable. The room was clean and comfortable, a fantastic value. The breakfast was great too, I appreciated the balance between "keep the food safe and prevent waste" and "offer some delicious food so it's not just cereal and oatmeal." We really enjoyed our stay!
