I ate my own breakfast, but the hotel’s coffee was very good. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was good, heater worked pretty well

Although I knew this before I made the reservation, the location was on I20, which makes it harder for me to walk around town, which was part of my objective. Overall, it was a nice hotel. One thing I didn’t like was the the exhaust switch in the bathroom; it didn’t work, and the cover switch cover was loose.

-Pretty clean bathroom in the unit -Comfortable bed -Fridge, microwave, coffee maker are present -Very nice staff- woman from the front desk came out to show me how and where to park my long van, and showed me my unit- really appreciate that!

- I saw a couple bugs in bathroom - Main door- inner area around handle wasn’t clean - Armchair wasn’t clean, I didn’t want even to sit on it.

The staff were absolutely amazing.

Well the breakfast was not the best. The juice and milk were warm,and tasted watered down but they made sure the waffle batter stayed cold. The selection was okay I guess. I only ate there once. And the pool was closed 😞

Very clean usually I cringe as soon as I walk into a hotel room because let's be honest most of them are crappy but this place was clean and felt safe. Thank you for maintaining high standards. Staff member was very nice.

TV could be a little bigger but it was not a big deal at all

A few Quick grab items for breakfast. Price was good and location was good. Safe enough for Two women traveling with children and we weren't afraid to be there by ourselves.

I like to have a hot breakfast, eggs, sausage and/or bacon.

over the past two years we have had to travel to Big Spring to take care of family issues. We have stayed here each time. We have a pet that is diabetic and they have always made sure we are located close to the grassy area to accomodate her. The price for the comfort is great.

Accommodating to me as a senior, very comfortable bed, plenty of room, nostalgic Texas-shaped waffles and best of all security of the sheriff next door.

I will stay here again on my way back through Big Spring. Awesome price for a clean comfortable stay.

I wasn't aware of breakfast even being offered, which would have been helpful for my 2 Year old and 3 year old that came along for the stay. I Wish I knew breakfast was an option

The was a crack or gap in between along the lining of the window, and once the curtain was pulled back the cold air was immediately pushed thru. During my stay temp dropped to low 30s. The size of the gap was about 2 inches in length, anmwjrh a width
