Super location outside Tinos town. Around 15 to 20 minutes walk into town. Car parking for those with a car. A short walk to the beach. Lovely rooms. I had a balcony with sofa, table and chairs,with views over the pool and sea. Excellent housekeeping. Really first class breakfast, with great choices. Fresh fruit and a different pie every day. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The most beautiful pool. I felt very comfortable there.

This hotel was the best part of our visit to Tinos. The location was perfect. Close to town but quiet and so picturesque from our room 6.The views from our balcony were of the distant water with ships passing. Could walk to Sandy beaches and 2 of the best restaurants on the island. All The staff including Liza at reception went well beyond their role to make our friends wedding anniversary so special. And when we asked if they had playing cards and didn’t, apparently the manager sourced a new deck for us! The pool was pristine, breakfasts extensive, beds so comfortable, great shower, everything immaculate. Even the shampoo and conditioner were top rate! Thank you all staff at Anthea for your smiling faces that gave us a very special stay.

Wow this was absolutely stunning. I believe it has a new owner who has been doing the property up which you can tell with the modern rattan style furnishing, lighting and soft furnishings. Built to resemble a Greek village it’s in a lovely setting away from the main town but an easy, short taxi ride for €6.50 or there were a couple of local restaurants near the beach about a 10 min walk away in either direction or you could eat at the hotel and food was very good as we ate lunch there one day. Nothing specific other than a minor point that the mirror at the dressing table area was slightly too high to use if seated so I had to stand when drying my hair but that’s a minor point.

Very attractive hotel with lovely pool and helpful staff. Unfortunately we had extremely windy weather when there so could not appreciate the relaxing pool area and, due to the weather, our ferry was cancelled when we were due to leave so we had to stay an extra night. The staff were really helpful and even gave us a discount for our unscheduled night. Much appreciated. With better weather this would be a very relaxing place to spend some time after a busy schedule in Athens. Breakfast very good and also lunch which we had when unable to leave the hotel due to the wind. Nice restaurant within walking distance too. I'm afraid Storm Daniel impaired our enjoyment of this lovely place!

The jacuzzi is not working and appears not to have been so for some time even though it is shown on the hotel facilities when booking. Our friends had some issues with wifi in their room but this was fixed after a day or so.

Reception ladies are kind and helpful. Hotel breakfasts are wonderful with caring staff. Pool area is nice for relaxation and pool size is suitable even for swimming. We got really nice room in upper floor with balcony and wonderful view overlooking Agios Focas beach area with visible Akra Ourio hill (from which there is nice view of the whole area). Hotel is a bit far from city center so make sure you check the distance in advance and book a car rental or ride in advance if you're not used to walk. This is also limiting access to city restaurants by foot but there is possibility to get lunch and dinner directly at hotel if you want. Beach is just 350m away from property with nice bars and sunbeds areas. Just be aware of waves from large ferries, it can be fun to try to save your phone if you are too close to the sea :)

This is a gem of a hotel - super stylish with great facilities. It's very clean, provides a great breakfast and has lovely staff. I highly recommend staying here

The only downside was that the restaurant facilities weren't open yet as we stayed early in the season.

This hotel deserves 4 stars and not 3. The people who work there are excellent, location and facilities are amazing, and the price per night is incredible for what it provides. One of my favorite hotels ever.

Only thing I would improve, is the food in the restaurant.

Our third time staying here, and we had our best experience yet with interconnecting rooms for our family of four (rather than the standard family room we have had previously). Wonderful sizeable balcony with sea views was a real highlight. Great breakfast and lovely service for drinks from the pool bar. Very helpful staff who arranged a car for us, and taxi's, as well as free transfer to/from port. A 5 minute walk to the lovely long beach.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean and the pool and dining area is very well designed and a pleasure to look at. Anthea is located very close to the beach, which is nice and sandy and has got some cool beach bars, and in a short walking distance to the chora. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time I visit Tinos 💙🇬🇷
