We checked in late at night and were pleasantly surprised to see that, despite the hotel being full, a good room had been reserved for us. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and everything was in excellent condition. The staff truly go above and beyond to support their guests. Everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I was even given a voucher at the front desk to enjoy coffee at the lounge, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast at the hotel was simply outstanding. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again.

One concern was with the parking. On arrival, the staff insisted on taking my car keys for valet parking and keeping them. I had to insist on parking the car myself, even though there was enough space available. While valet parking can be a convenient service, I believe the hotel should be more flexible and allow guests the option to choose. Another issue was with breakfast. Most guests tend to come around 10 a.m., which creates a heavy crowd. The same happened here, and it seemed the staff had not anticipated it on the first day. It would be helpful if the hotel had a plan in place for such peak times, as they eventually did on the second day. Unfortunately, August 16 was particularly difficult.

The property is very well maintained with all the basic amenities. the staff is excellent and very courteous and ready to help special mention to Mr Rakesh Kumawat and Mr Ravinder at the front desk for helping us and giving a free upgrade. it was my dad 75th birthday and the hotel was very courteous to arrange a complimentary at a short notice. the swimming pool is also one mention which is absolutely clean and they even have a baby pool with a small waterfall which my kids enjoyed thoroughly. the rooms are clean and the batch a very comfortable the layout of the room is exceptional the bathroom with all the amenities the shower area is absolutely beautiful. the breakfast layout is also exquisite and covers mostly each and every thing you need in breakfast the taste of the food is also excellent special mention to the egg section and the staff at breakfast who were ready to help anytime with anything u need. all in all a very comfortable stay and given a chance be would definitely stay again with the intercontinental.

there is almost nothing to dislike here in this property but just a few suggestions as we have travel from Delhi in around vehicle I would love that they if the can arrange a staff who can clean the cars. plus the kids common room was quite small and only suited to toddlers in kindergartens mostly if that can be revamped with more kids amenities. the location is a little away from the main city but that is not a negative for your stay as the hotel compensates that with their superb hospitality.

I stayed for two nights and was greeted with such heartfelt welcomes that I was immediately feeling at home. The advice by Ajay for sightseeing were great and every request was met with the highest professional and kind response. Also the spa experience was very pleasant and I could really enjoy the last minute service they were providing making sure I get a great experience. It’s a beautiful property for sure, but the people who work there give it a soul that every traveller will appreciate. I want to come back again for sure!

superior, plush mattress and comfortable bedding. clean, modern room. shower was clean, modern, good water pressure, hot water, good drainage. good internet service. excellent food. all staff very friendly.

Within an hour of checking out of hotel, we called to let them know we forgot a jacket in the room, and asked if staff could hold it for us so we could return to retrieve it. We called several times, jacket was not found, even though we called so soon after checking out.

Modern, clean rooms with plush mattress and comfortable bedding. Modern, clean bathroom, hot shower with good water pressure and drainage. Excellent food. Very friendly staff. Able to retrieve forgotten jacket from previous visit.

Plastic bottles; would be nice to replace with glass ones (Holiday Inn provides complimentary, sealed, glass bottles with filtered water). Carpet on fifth floor emitted strong chemical unpleasant fragrance.

Hotel is superb... Staff is so nice and polite....food was just wonderful...only one thing is we are with our 2 kids and we asked for an extra bed but they said its chargeable only that thing is askward.. they should provide something for kids... Also there is not kids recreation room.. as it shows on website... Otherwise rooms and dood was awesome.. Pool is also amazing... Love the property.. Thanks

No bed or mattress for kids for free.... Also there is not any kids recreation room kids getting bored... Also some mosquitos there...

Entire facility is too good, clean and pleasent. Front desk Ajay is very helpful in guiding us for purchase. Rajesh floor manager at dining is centric and friendly. Only issue we felt was bed is too soft. May be good for others but for us we felt it’s too soft. Very reasonable, we stayed for 3 nights, they upgraded to pool view room. Food is very good too

Intercontinental Jaipur is an excellent property. It's a premier property and one of the best I have stayed in. Only drawback is that the hotel is far from the city, however, it's quite near from airport. On my next visit to Jaipur, I will surely choose as my stay place.

Location. Quite far from the city center, so it takes time and extra expense to travel to the city. However, the hotel is nearer to the airport.

The room was spacious and well equipped. Most of the staff were very helpful. The airport transfer was excellent.

Our room service did not arrive until we chased (after 60 minutes) and were thus late checking out. The room service manager argued with us about this and claimed it was not late; however, the front desk staff were apologetic and did not charge us for breakfast.

During a recent trip to Jaipur, I stayed with my family and happy to share made a good decision as they liked the stay as well We stayed in other property as well & out of the 2 Intercontinental was definitely better
